Well I'm back at it again. Adding to my Black Templars force! My Terminator Lord did need some backup though so I used the @greytidestudio parts again to add something extra to the models sent to me by @officialwarhammer ! Hope you enjoy the video, and it helps you see the possibilities of customising your own Terminator squads!
Basing scheme for these models
I use these same steps, except I now use AK Terrain Fire Land texture paste instead of Martian Ironcrust!

I love that abdomen panel being painted to look like cloth, it really ties in to how a lot of the new veteran kits from the Marine range look. Great job, hope we get to see the squad soon.

It’s really is this easy!
Just a quick question, how easy was it to attach the loincloth to the terminators? Ive attached one to just a normal marine and i found i had to do alot of trimming to get it to fit.
I didn’t have any problems. It snaps over the terminators armour. Nothing to worry about.

Hey Andy,
When you printed the shoulder pads, did you have to upscale them to fit Terminators? Or did they come as terminator sized?
They have them set as two files. One for marines and one for terminators. It’s so clever.

What if you did the lead belcher spray as a zenithal before adding on the black templar contrast?
I don’t understand, I spray leadbelcher as a second primer. Are you asking if I don’t want it to cover everything?

@@TheMichaellathrop it gives the black templar a metallic look underneath, i cover the whole model with it.
@@MediocreHobbies I know, I was only wondering if you had played around with what how it would come out if the metallic look was only what was catching the light with a flatter black for what was in shadow, maybe with a secondary spot highlight of a a brighter silver all under the black contrast.
