Oh my goodness, Emily!!! How impressive!! My head is spinning! And Layne, your knowledge is amazing. You have to know so much to ask the perfect questions. You’re so thorough and organized! And Lisa, you look like a proud mama…as you should!

I really enjoy the Seed Talk podcast. This is a particularly informative episode. It is full of great information. I have a couple of suggestions to improve the presentations: First, please, ask questions of your guests which do not suggest the desired or anticipated answer. Let the guest candidly share his/her knowledge. Second, ask the guest one question at a time. Drowning the guest with multiple questions at one time leads the guest to answer one of the several questions posed and often the other questions do not get addressed. Keep up the great work, Lisa and Layne.
Wow Lisa, I never realized even thought about the possibility of growing seed for a seed company... You just flipped a switch for me! I would LOVE to do that! I wonder how many other seed companies are willing to purchase seed from smaller scale farms like Emile...? I've been growing for almost 15 years, but I'm going into my 3rd year flower farming. I know it's only been 2 years, but I'm beginning to worry that there's not a large enough market for fresh, local, cut flowers in my area... My first 2 years of sales were pitiful...
I love that there are so many facets to this industry, from cut-flower growing to floristry to seed production! So happy this episode may have inspired you to contemplate another aspect of farming that you might not have previously considered. Best of luck, and thanks so much for watching! 🤗
I have good germination skills.. I indoor sowed 4/28 and now it's 5/3, 5 days it hasn't sprouted as yet. Is this normal. All the rest of the TGWS seeds have in 2-3 days😃
