Hosea: You Are Not Irredeemable | Minor Prophets, Major Messages

  • YHWH wants you to know through the prophet Hosea, that you are not irredeemable. Using the story of Gomer and Hosea, Scripture tells the story of the promise of Israel’s redemption, and our own. No message of the prophets, whether a minor prophet or major, is without an important and major message. Hosea is no exception.

Awesome teaching! Very well explained! I kinda think that the “David their king” in Hosea 3:5 is actually referring to the actual person of David.
I believe “the LORD their God” in that same verse is referencing Yeshua (Jesus) as the Scriptures are clear that He was “God manifested in the flesh”.
Therefore I think Hosea 3:4-5 are eschatologically speaking of the future time where Israel will return from captivity after the Tribulation period. (Psalm 14:7, Ezekiel 39:25, Jeremiah 33:7)
After the time of “Jacob’s Trouble” they will be rescued from the Gentile Nations & gathered by Yeshua and be brought back to the Land of Israel, where the Millennial Kingdom will be established (Isaiah 11:11, Jeremiah 30:7-9, Ezekiel 34 & 37)
They will be subject to the Messiah Yeshua who is the LORD (YHWH) and David himself who will be the Lord’s vice regent (prince) over the Nation of Israel.
Scriptures indicate that after the Resurrection of the Righteous, David, the Twelve Apostles & faithful saints as a whole will be “kings & priests” and vice regents with Christ during the Millennial. (Isaiah 32:1; Ezekiel 45:8-9; Matthew 19:28, Luke 19:16-18; Revelation 20:1-4)
Nothing to break fellowship over but just my understanding of it.

We are commanded to bring an offering made by fire in observance of the fall/autumn feasts. Do we ignore this as the physical temple is not available or is there something we should be doing? Fasting or something.

Shalom, since there is no temple, we cannot observe that part. My family and I have a special meal and give thanks and praise to YAH for His blessings. I know this answer is after the days, but thought I would give you a reply anyway. Blessings to you!

Shabbat Shalom, interesting minor point I wish to make.
Gentiles have a slight advantage imo, in the sense that we were NOT divorced. Since Israel was divorced, they have a slightly higher hill to climb to come back.
We don't have to " come back " since He never divorced us in the first place.

    • @j1mbobtech
      @j1mbobtech 8 месяцев назад

Maybe... You do not understand Who you are... You "The Gentile" were prophesied of by Israel in Genesis 48:19... "...Gen 48:19 And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations..." Where you read the words "multitude of nations" are the Hebrew words "Melo Goim" Meaning the "Fulness of The Gentiles" Which is again prophesied of in The New Testament... "...Rom 11:24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?
Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
Rom 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.
Rom 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance..." And so you "see" yourselves in Prophesy but are blind to what is happening... Some call it The Hebrew Roots Movement, some call it The Messianic Movement... But it is Ephraim, coming back into The Light...

Not true. All of mankind was once God’s people. God disowned “the nations” at the fall of the tower of Babel. Deuteronomy 32:8,9 describes this. Immediately following this God selects Abraham to make a nation for Himself.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop classifying these God-ordained prophets as minor! IT IS SO DISRESPECTFUL!!! I've heard the asinine explanation of the word minor as a library classification or something of that nature. If someone referred to you as minor, would you like it? They are NOT minor simply because of the size of their book
