I Ruleyourmom Ive probably took a diarrhea atleast 50times in the last 4days and the discomfort is non-stop i cant go to sleep if i do it will wake me up 2-3hours later and i hope this shit doesnt last any longer it all started as soon as i got my first job

I threw up every single time I tried to sip water or any fluid. After about 25 rounds of vomiting during the night, I was purely vomiting disgusting yellow, bitter bile. Absolutely the worst infection I’ve ever had. You have to sit on the toilet with a bucket on your lap since it’s going both ways

These are the things that helps me:
1. eating 🍌 and 🍎.
2. don't eat something that is too oily or fatty.
3. prevent yourself from drinking and eating dairy products (ex.cheese, milk, and butter) not even a single drop of it.
4. keep yourself hydrated.
5. have your oral salt dehydrate or any electrolytes drinks. (when you have diarrhea)
6.probiotics may help
7.when you have abdominal pain you can have warm compress.
8. i do put essential or mint oils to my tummy huhu.
9.pray because this may take too long.

To hell with gastroenteritis! I've never experienced something that would completely "shutdown" my body so aggressively. I had my fair share of illnesses and this one was the worst so far, not even joking.
I hope I won't experience this shit again in the future, otherwise I will jump out of balcony.

Have this now. Feels like my stomach has been run over by an 18 wheeler then kicked in the stomachs by Conor McGregor, then followed up by a slap shot from Brian Leetch... No vomiting, or diarrhea though. Just the stomach pains. Doctor says it should be almost over but God damn this absolutely sucks...

No vomiting or diarrhea? That’s awesome. Sucks your stomach hurts but I vomited for 12 hrs. Maybe 8 times in that span. Used the toilet for about 36 hrs. Brutal sickness. The virus kicked my ass

@@foxxxx- probably the worst thing I’ve gone through physically. After all the vomiting and diarrhea my abs were cramping from overuse. There was zero comfort for over a day. A sip of anything came out immediately. Haha I don’t wish it on my worst enemies. Get well soon

I started feeling sick last night and vomited so many times through the night.... I couldn't even sip water without being sick and was throwing up bright yellow bile at least every hour. Thankfully now the sickness has stopped but I still have the cramps in my stomach and can't eat. I'm drinking plenty of water though. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow and for all you other sick people I hope you feel better soon 🤞

Oh my, gastroenteritis is THE MOST PAINFUL illness I have ever dealt with. Today is my 4th day I am lying in bed, I’m starting to feel a little bit better but oh my, 2 days ago? No. I have PTSD from the horrible events that occurred. My temperature reached over 39 degrees, I was aching all over and needed the toilet every hour to explode out all the diarrhoea. My poor ass hurt so bad, but NOT as bad as my stomach! The cramps! NEVER AGAIN. I was almost in tears with the pain, it was so awful! I don’t wish this illness upon anyone! From now on, I won’t be purchasing ready made food and I will always wash my hands after using the toilet - not just using alcohol gel as these DON’T kill the viruses properly!! If your reading this and you have this illness, keep fighting! Get better soon!

I started having 2 days ago. No more fever but the abdominal pain is killing me. I noticed though that the pain is more localized in the lower part of my belly. Did you also experience the same thing?
I had the same thing, the pain was so bad i was crying and screaming, i now forever have trauma
Amazing job. Really impressive. I thought I had a kidney disease was really scared to death. Went for an abdominal scan and was told I have Acute enteritis and was placed on some antibiotics. Thanks for this video it's educative. 100%

I had thyroidectomy surgery last Monday. I am now have Gastroenteritis as a result of the drugs and Anesthesia. It's no joke, pain that makes you cry, always farting, bloating and now diarrhea. I have had this for the last 5 days, it's a nightmare. I am praying to God to get me through this.

@@shubbrannahab5192 You’re definitely right. Turns out I have gastritis. I immediately bought slippery elm and it healed me. I still feel symptoms on and off but not like I used to. Slippery elm and marshmallow root soothed my inflamed stomach. Everything that’s over the counter meds is pharmakia witchcraft.

The way I was able to cope with Gastroenteritis is by sleeping directly on the left side of my stomach where it would kinda rumble and hurt.
And when it did hurt, I kinda just closed my eyes and told myself it’s gonna ease up in a few minutes. Try not to scream Tho. I would scream and it would actually add to the pain, cause my heart rate would go up. And the pulsing of the heart would elevate the pain level.
I would then go to the bathroom if the pain is really bad. However, it was always just small portions of diarrhoea. And then pain would sometimes go away for a short period after the toilet.
Other than that, getting an IV helps a lot as well. Also Use Panadol for the pain.
As soon as I eased up a little bit, I try and force myself to sleep so that hopefully, my body recovers without me being conscious. But a lot of the time, the pain woke me up.

I'm just feeling MAJOR relief tonight. Had it for about 4 days. No bleeding or vomiting, but I did have diahreah, a few cold sweats & extreme pain. Didn't know what the fuck was wrong with me. It came on quick & VERY strong.
My causes were definitely heavy drinking & stress at the workplace, which that stress caused me to drink little to no water at all. Prior to I always drank a gallon of water per day.

I was born and lived in third world country until 16. Never had stomach flu. The first time I got it is from Chinese restaurant in the US. I guess being clean lower your immune system.
I'm also wondering how kids growing in dirty places and eating shit food don't get this gastroenteritis more often. I guess the immune system might be stronger for them, our body can adapt to crazy things happening to it, but would be great to know from someone who specializes in this area.

For real, take care of yourself guys. I myself went to the ER last week because of this. We thought it was my gallbladder, both my parents have had theirs taken out, but labs showed differently so I'm fine. Let's just say lots of vomiting, sweating, and stomach pain came along with it. It can hurt anyone, healthy or not, I'm healthy, but it can help be prevented if you take care of yourself. I need to work on some things myself. Take care

Just back from Turkey stayed at an all inclusive resort I’ve picked it up threw eggs I think as I ate them and literally a few hours went past and diarrhoea and sickness started. Currently on day 7 of the illness and things are slowly starting to amend themselves so if you are suffering with it. There is light at the end of the tunnel it’s just a slow and painful process. Thanks for the information in this video it’s helped me understand the illness.
The person in this video failed to indicate that Gastroenteritis can also be caused by Salmonella. Thus, your bout with it because of eggs.

I had this today. It was one of the worst experiences. I thought I was dieing. I was dizzy and puking and I think I might have even passed out at one point then the vomit went up my nose and I couldn't breathe. I puked several times throughout the day and was so weak with a fever. Tonight I feel better, I am hoping and praying it is all over.

One night i woke up really nauseas and shaking for some reason, kept me up all night and I really felt like vomiting but i somehow didnt, the next day i felt nauseas all day off and on worse at night tho, this happened for about two weeks eventually it went away but i did have diarrhea but never vomited, i ended up losing 24lbs
I just left the ER with this. Did anyone else get severe stomach pain with this? I thought I had appendicitis for sure. When my doctor told me I just had the stomach flu I didn’t believe it and I’m glad I looked into this because this is not just a stomach flu 💀

I have this and when I first got it I thought it was just a fever because my temperature was really high, then the next day I had stomach pains and ohh myyy they were baddd! I’m now on day 6 the pain is fading but I’m still having constant diaria. I have no sleep because I wake up about ten times because of the pain and I need the toilet constantly. Also I haven’t eaten anything because I’ve lost my appetite completely, I am drinking non stop water and I haven’t been able to see my friends because I’m so ill, I’m bored asf someone help me. I’m allowed to complain.

My toddler have this right now.doctor gave him antibiotics, probiotics and ORS . He throw up 5 times yesterday then he started to look very pale and drained. I rushed him to the hospital. Thank goodness he is in medication right now and has improvements.

Constant Vomiting and Diarrhea and pain. Sleeping helped as it caused my body to slow my heart rate slowing blood flow so I didn’t have to puke every 30 minutes.
I had cramps for like 1-2 days and it got more painful as time went on. Then I woke up the next day and all my muscles were aching. I then began vomitting and couldnt even drink anything because it made me want to vommit. I kept vommiting even the littlest bit of things and then got diorreah o

I had this last week. Acute gastroenteritis, with bloody diarrhea. I almost passed out in the bathtub on the 5th day, and I didn't sleep for a week because I was on the toilet 24/7. After going to the ER they decided to keep me in the hospital on IV fluids for two day. The worst part was the pain in my lower abdomen. That kept me up at night. Found out later it was caused by EHEC. Stay safe everyone!
Mine started tmr I don’t have bloody diarrhea tho but it’s watery with severe stomach pain like it starts to hurt out of no where.

And he told me that i need other doctors. Then i were in the hospital for 4 days, and they said it was gastroenteritis, and like before that he called me an anorexic because i was too thin

This is very informative. Clearly discussed.
My experience:
sunDAY 1 - headache, slight fever, hot flashes and cold chills.
monDAY 2 - Diarrhea started, stomach cramps (one of the worst pains).
tuesDAY 3 - Diarrhea. Excessive burping and need to pass gas.
wednesDAY 4 - Diarrhea and Vomitting.
thursDAY 5 - Diarrhea. Trapped wind. (Wouldnt wish this pain on my enemy).

I got this two years ago. I had to get an IV. The amount of antacid I took to keep from vomiting is astounding. I'm surprised my kidneys and liver didn't fail.

@@NamFlow oh man it was long time ago but still member . It lasted around 6 days. It coudl've lasted less but I started taking probiotics (such as NormaFlore) kinda late. I tried out those coal tablets but it didn't help but probiotics were the way. Turned out I had some kind of infection inside my stomach cause the inner wall was somehow damaged . Simply put together : probiotics helped me a lot for me

I don't think we will ever forget how this feels :-D On the other hand, it helps to be more cautious about hygiene and food. I'm sure as hell going to make sure I'm doing everything to prevent this from happening again, because man.. I never felt like this before and I had my fair share of illnesses already. This one tops it for sure.
Actually I am also having this but thanks to Indian food which saved me I eat only curd rice and no other food at this time and tried homeopathetic which worked perfectly now gas is literally disappearing it was like before as I peeing some gas instead of water

I have had this for about 5days now and im going to go insane if it last atleast 3more days.
If you feel like your not relating to others here are some of my symtoms
- Ive had to go diarrhea atleast fckn 50times in the last 5days spending most of my day on the fckn toilet ( it makes me angry because im missing school and it just wants to come to me on the first day on my first job. Im 16)
- My stomach is hurting 24\7 i always feel growling like there is gas and more diarrhea building up inside of me
- I can barely get any sleep if so its periodically then the pain wakes me up again
-When the diarrhea or gas is ready to release it hurts even fckn more.
- I didnt really vomit i made myself once because it felt like a liquid was coming up and i barely threw up.
- Sometimes i can sit on the toilet forever but when i stand up or get ready to go it wants to come to me again.
- This has brought temporary fevers and headaches to but i didnt care about that i just want the pain and discomfort in my stomach to be gone so i can be happy and enjoy my youth 😢
- Im scared and hoping this isnt long term im seeing people say 1-3 days it should be gone but im on my 5th day and i also heard maybe a week it should be gone but im hoping it goes away

@@AS49 it depends. The first time I got it, it took me a few times. The second one which I had a month ago, took me a day to recover. I hope you will get well soon! Drink lots of fluid (plain water and isotonic drinks are the best).
Had to get an IV hooked up I felt so dizzy it was so hard getting any fluids down, I’ve never dealt with something this bad before.

Stomach cramps(mild), nausea, loss of appetite, weakness, chills sometimes, my stool was normal. No diarrhea. Had only 1-2 days mushy stool.
After few days i noticed my symptoms get better with medications( 3 days antibiotics, buscopan, probiotics,etc.)
Its my 10th day already but i still have mild nausea, mild loss of appetite and mild weakness.

I barely have diarrhoea but I'm vomiting like 6+ times a day for the last 7 days. I have had this twice this one from a dodgy kebab and I caught the gastroenteritis I have now from my neighbour. I know it's sounds weird but soaking in the bath basically all day kind of tames the belly to not start kicking up and being all over the place all day. However I can drain Alot of energy. Make sure to have dioralyte and drink lots of water over a long period of time. Don't just go and chug the whole glass. Go out to get oxygen helps aswell everyday I was taking walks and as it hot better I was taking longer and longer walks but don't do something that's going to drain your energy. When you feel like you can start taking bigger intakes of fluid without expelling it. Start eating fruits with low acid levels. Strawberries, mangos melon really helped. However u have to regulate it eat slowly and not to much at one time. I am currently on day 7 of this shit and I can't wait till its gone so I can have the dankest Chinese. I feel like I haven't had flavour in my mouth in years
I had a kebab and now I feel like dying.
Vomited over 30 times in the last 24h. Vomited bile, water, any single thing I tried consuming. Took metoclopramide (prescription only) and finally had a 7h break from the vomiting but still diarrhoea and the vomiting started back up now too. Please everyone try to drink GEM (glucose-electrolyte mix), it doesn’t taste great but it helps with dehydration if you’re vomiting like me.

Two nights ago I had stomach pain and then I had diarhea and started vomiting so many times that I was dry heaving.. The next day I didn't feel nauseus but my stomach was hurting a little bit and It felt like I had a very light fever.. and now two days later I get these short severe stomach aches and still don't feel like eating anything, but I do just because I know I have to, although I eat only small portions and like 500 calories a day... Anyway, was just wondering is this Gastroenteritis? If so then I'm happy that it will go away on it's in a short..

I just healed from this, and I've had this occur for me for 4 times already ☠️ The first one felt worst, terrible of all. It was scaling from 8-9/10 stomach pain. I had countless hours in the bathroom vomiting and taking a sh1t from diarrhea. It was caused by a chocolate drink from a convenient store. Second one was still painful and felt like dying, it was caused by a street food where my mom also ate my portion but didn't get ill. Third one still felt like dying, still same symptoms, vomiting, diarrhea,and unbearable pain, I thought I was about to die. This was also terrible, went to the hospital to have IV and had three ultrasounds just to check if it's appendicitis, had to move from the clinic infront back and forth from the hospital with a wheelchair and twice without. I already had trouble walking. And this Fourth recent one was because of another chocolate drink sold all over our country. I thought I was fr gonna die, it was so painful and I was already telling god if he wanted me dead he can take me. My parents were already arguing over the hospital bill or the medicine I had to take. I thought it was over,but I'm banned from eating that one thing I loved forever. I can't eat chocolate anymore,I can't drink anything else but MINERAL water because I'm at risk to have my illness trigger again, any artificial drinks like milkteas,or even coffee,and not even icecream is off the hook. :'))

My sister recently got diagnosed with gastritis...its been 12 days since shes having watery stools 5 or 6 times a day..no abdominal pain..no vomitings..no nausea..can anyone tell me what exactly is it ?
This morning I woke up at 5am, felt this sharp pain, I went to the bathroom, had diarrhea, made small burps that felt fizzy/carbonated?, triggered my allergic reaction, and nausea. I am thinking its Gastroenteritis. (Yesterday I ate a Carl's Jr burger for dinner so I'm suspecting an employee might have made my burger with unwashed hands.) Edit: I just threw up after posting this.

Go back to doctor, or see another doctor and tell them how long you've had these symptoms for. Perhaps you could be allergic so maybe also take allergy blood test, if you've felt sick with certain foods. I also like to keep track of my symptoms and what I ate the past few days. Hope you feel better soon
Worst pain ever, I literally thought I was dying slowly, vomiting when I woke up, through out the day and before going bed. Sweating really bad my anxiety was high because I literally didn’t know what was going on. Day 3 went a&e got given anti sickness tablets to take for only 3days and it does help. But the doctor said it should go away by its self but it’s only day 4 now and I still feel bad. Literally in bed all day

Day 9 : I only could eat, id probably say 5spoons of a shepherds pie which was the best considering I was not eating. Day 10 I finished a whole chow mein 😂😂.
Honestly take it easy and drink liquids and Anti sickness tablets but honestly with the anti sickness tablets take them only when you need to it really helps.
It hurts a lot.
I only had an hour of sleep today and threw up early in the morning. Gastroenteritis sucks!
