    Just to be very very clear. I am not gonna tolerate any trolling racist comments or any of you 🖐🏻 people coming in here to center yourselves on a platform that was not made for you. I don’t argue with foolishness on the Internet. I just block people and move on with my day. And I also will not tolerate any anti-Claudine Gay slander in my comments. I am not here to educate you about what plagiarism is and isn’t. You can come in if you want to but the minute you start your trolling and your passive aggressive, racist BS you will be blocked and your comment will be deleted. blocking you blesses me. It Blesses all of us. Cheers!

      Don’t make it easy for the haters by doing sloppy work! They can hate all they want but can’t do nothing if your work is tight. When your work is sloppy, eg plagiarism, that’s an easy way to embarrass you and get rid of you. And gives them an excuse to say see she’s just another underqualified affirmative action hire who can’t produce original work. And they get rid of people of all races this way too in workplaces all over America. This is really not a racial thing, she was going to cost them funding/endowments and they used the plagiarism to pressure her to resign.

      @@lindsayo9702 but also, allow yourself forgiveness for mistakes... We are human and so trying to make sure you are free from imperfections at all times is just playing into their idea of you not being a human deserving of room and space for errors 🎈

    I’m currently am an only one at my job. And you’re right, they are using us as mascot . It ain’t worth it, I wish I knew that earlier. You know, lesson learned but I’m starting to realize that most of these corporate jobs aren’t diverse friendly like they claim to be. Praying this year to find a position that I’m not the only diverse in a team and be with other people that look at like me too !

    Yeah, if she is (I believe she is) tenured faculty, she will go back into the classroom. IMHO, that is even more humiliating, working for/with people that think so little of you. It's an impossible situation. I hate that this has happened to her, and you are absolutely correct, being the FIRST AND ONLY (unicorn) is NOT the flex they lead us to believe.

    I’m super duper late w hearing this exceptionally FACTUAL video , but can’t help but wonder if the employee sought advice on “how-to-respond.?”
    I ask this question because typically the company puppets are protected and given instructions by the puppeteers on “the EXACT words to say.” If they did not provide instructions, she was set-up to fail for unknown reasons.
    Regardless, being humiliated in front of the public is traumatic and I sure hope she was compensated $$$$$$$ accordingly.
    This is another much needed and exceptionally Excellent content!!! Thank you for sharing this amazing content!!

    Many of my roles have had a "mascot" element to it. I knew it, and leveraged it. Only got burned once, but dusted myself off fast. Always got those severance packages when the dismissal was unwarranted/unfounded. I'm getting paid no matter what, they always want me more than I want them.

    We do not need these roles. It is dangerous to our psyche as black women to try and ascend these roles. We are much more valuable than these roles, but when we get them and they target us, we look incompetent or like we don't have accomplishments. I don't believe in awards, but Angela Bassett was worthy of an Oscar for playing Tina Turner. Now they have given her an honorary Oscar. Just ridiculous. It's not worth the trouble. New subscriber.

    Thank you for sharing your unfiltered thoughts as usual. I am also surprised that many people are surprised. A family member and I were talking about this eventual outcome the second Claudine Gay got hired for the job at Harvard. "They" will continue to do this to the best of us even if we play by their rules and give up part of our souls. Look at what Harvard did to Dr Cornel West. Look at what Google did to Timnit Gebru.

      Waah, waah, waah, stop playing the victim. She was simply another "diversity" hire who wasn't bright enough to realize that she was being manipulated by the progressive woke movement.

      The same thing that happened to Claudine happened to Elizabeth Magill the President of UPenn who’s a white woman. She wasn’t even a plagiarist and got booted out. Lots of white male professors have been let go or forced out. Same as Cornell West. Lots of white IT professionals are fired yearly. Claudine didn’t read the room, had she done so she’d still have her job. Any white person who answered as she did would have had to resign in this political climate.

      This is a very coordinated and orchestrated movement to go after black women because they see us as a threat to their plans. We are the most educated sector in the black community they know. They know what magic we have, and they’re trying to snuff it out and we can’t let them.

    Of the many commentaries that have been done on this topic, I feel your take is the most accurate. Many of us don’t see the pitfalls that disguise itself as opportunities until we find ourselves being shown the door. Being the only one has never been a flex. Her exit was planned when she was offered the job. If you are going to take these opportunities, make sure you have all contingencies covered. As you said at the end, make sure that your parachute is a BIG one!

Thank you for championing this important yet hush-hush subject esp for Black professional women!👍🏾👏🏽

    I also wish, 1. she would have told that lady to "control" herself. The lady was very aggressive and disrespectful with her finger wagging. 2. She should've also corrected her by saying that harassment was not just done to the jewish students, that Arab, Muslim students were even more harassed and bullied. ***I would've loved to have seen their face, after that answer. -When put in an impossible position, that's when you SPEAK OUT; call OUT the Demon. Since they're going to do what they want to do. Make a statement that THIS IS FOR THE RECORD i.e jewish converts are not the only ones who has experience gen0cIde. or i.e. jewish students are NOT the only ones experiencing bulling, or harassment.

There is no amount of perfection that can miss the eagle eye of white supremacy. Also, the cpmments are aligned with white supremacy. The goalpost will constantly be moved. Why are you making excuses for the wrong that she did.
    Harvard did stand by her till her plagiarism (a crime) was revealed.
    This is not pro-black!

    • @theantihr
      @theantihr  9 месяцев назад +6

      First, you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about , so perhaps do your research about what plagiarism is and is not and stop getting your information from Fox News. Second consider blocking yourself before I do. I don’t entertain ignorance on my platform. Failing to properly cite someone you quote or paraphrase is not always plagiarism. It’s also not illegal. It may violate the universities policies and beyond ethical but it’s certainly not illegal. This is all cooked up by the right and Zionist on the left. You can miss me with all the BS and get the hell off my platform.

    • @pamelapeters3342
      @pamelapeters3342 9 месяцев назад +1

      No, YOU need to do research..claims of plagiarism has been following Gay for years. So yeah, after she goofed the antisemitism question...and Harvard protected her, of course they were going to come for her.
      She was honestly treated like a white man.
      You can't pretend someone didn't do wrong just because they're black and a woman.
      You sound like all those black men who swore R.Kelly and Cosby innocent just because they were black.

    • @pamelapeters3342
      @pamelapeters3342 9 месяцев назад +1

      @theantihr-hrlady I am a Black woman. I hate that this has happened because it's humiliating. But if your defense is "but white people did it," you are not pro-black.
      Watching intelligent black women be angry at the system that they would expect to support and hold people accountable...but not because she's black...is so embarrassing.
      If the system was so racist how would she have gotten the position in the first place?
      This stance is related, though not exactlythe same as, black men defending RKelly and Bill Cosbys crimes because they're black men and white men have done the same.
      Stop it. Take the hit to the chin and move on. She fucked up...this ain't it.
