@Nitian phir toh bhai ek hi rasta hai. Agar aap school nahi jaate, flying school student ho toh raat ke slots banake usme padhai karo aur subah 6-7 ghanta so jao. Malum hai yeh asan nahi hai kyunki subah Ghar me shor hote rahta hai toh Sona mushkil hai aur saath hi ghar ke kuch kaam bhi hote hai toh try karo

just delete your insta and all social media app like Facebook, messenger, or any other ,, then try to stay around 4h without touch your phone, and focus your goal and make your aim and its see everytime, and when u lose your sometimes in bad work then hate your self that why i lose my important time why why why, and perday try to make improve your time table from before, i think u can do and u acchive your goal

the same problem was with me but when my parents saw me being very very serious for neet exam they themselves stopped interfering in my studies and stopped asking me for anything they have given me a complete isolated environment bit but but mine is a joint family so leaving parents many others are there who always disturb me in the middle of my studies

Sir kvi kvi to lgta hai ki mere se sb ho jayega..mere sawth sb h but jada samy actually the truth is no one is with me except my father he is my backbone...no one support except him ...or sir mere relatives sir kya hi bolu unke bare me or mere khud ke hi ek family member sir day by day depression feel hota h or suicidal soche aate h...lgta h ki haar gye aab kuch nhi ho skta 😢puri raat nind nhi aati bss rona and rona kuch smjh nhi aata bss demotivate feel hota h or losser 😢😢har din sochte h ki aaj new fresh mrng start krenge or mehnat krenge but harr rozzz kuch na kuch sunke depressed feel hota h😢
