    AWESOME Video! This is basically what I've been doing anyway! I just need to add the inner fillet aloe gel and Amla also Black pepper to activate the Turmeric that I already use. I even already add the Matcha to my SMOOTHIE 😋❤💯✔

    I am looking forward to this smoothie, I have not ever been a fan of soy milk, coming from a dairy farm! but LOVE smoothies!! this is much like mine minus some of your ingredients - and I add two or 3 raw eggs - been doing this for over 8 years - mixing up my concoction using several various products! I always wished I could have gotten my mom to give my smoothie a try, but she stuck to her committed protocol as set by her cancer dr, and he was not agreeable to including very high nutrition smoothies, as he said they would "interfere" with her chemo!! :( She passed away from the complications which stemmed from pancreatic cancer, we had her for 14 months from diagnosis. So I have often wondered if things would have turned out differently. Thank you for all you do!

      For reversing or preventing diseases, eggs and dairy products can be deadly. Check out this video and decide for yourself. ruclips.net/video/RtGf2FuzKo4/видео.html.

    I wonder how many servings this recipe serves? Can you make this in bulk and refrigerate it or freeze it?

    • @PinkLotusPowerUp
      @PinkLotusPowerUp  6 лет назад +4

      It's one serving. We would not recommend making it in bulk and freezing it. If it all possible, consume it immediately after making it for optimal benefit.

      It's one serving the way it was demonstrated, but you certainly could make less if you don't think you can finish it all.

    As a cancer survivor my real doctor advised me to avoid soy so how does this work against estrogen positive cancers? - I doubt a smoothie can prevent/cure cancer and I find the claim that it does dangerous and predatory.

  • @darladunn2728
    @darladunn2728 6 лет назад +3

    Don't see many doing this because of all the ingredients and time involved in making it. Sadly that's what turned me off. The raspberries and blueberries alone increase the smoothie by around $6. It's an expensive smoothie.

    • @livewellandbeautiful
      @livewellandbeautiful 5 лет назад +2

      It is such a myth brought on by the dairy and meat industry. Soy is not bad for you, but dairy IS. All the elevated hormones in cows milk are such a culprit to the onset of breast cancer. Read "The China Study" and watch "Forks Over Knives". Also, the Japanese consume soy in abundance and they have one of the longest life expectancies.

      Yeah, I mean healthy Nutrition is great, but if I were to say these as an RD, LD I'd probably risk losing my license (well ha, cuz no one reports these things to license boards unless they are vindictive, which is why we have all these "functional and integrative" (promoting weak evidence remedies) dietitians--it is a problem for sure). No one can say food stops cancer. We can just say reduces the risk of since the studies don't show cause and effect. Even something like red and processed meat, classified as a carcinogen by the WHO, "increases the risk of" when at >18 or >9 oz a week, respectively. One can't say eating red meat causes cancer any more than eating broccoli will prevent.
