I think there were several episodes where Sam's lack of usage of her powers created either an illness or a generalized problem. You'd think Derwood would have gotten the hint by now and eased his "NO MAGIC!" rule...😏
😅
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Well, to be fair, they did change the actor who played Darrin...maybe they didn't brief the new Darrin!😂
Lol
Samantha should have turned Darin into a toad
This was one of the most clever premises the show ever had. Both the spell and the solution was very well thought out.
I always thought that the writers were brilliant with all of those spells they came up with.
The actor for Dr Bombay outlived so many of his costars who were born after him. He just passed in 2016, which for an actor of that generation, is really not bad.
Bernard Fox - he was brilliant.
He briefly appeared in The Mummy in 1999.
I'm surprised Mrs. Kravitz didn't see the photo materialize into Dr. Bombay. 😅
ABNAHHHHH ! 😆
@A Kap Abnahhhh "A man exploded and materialized. " Aber: Gladys I think your brain exploded, so I'm make your medicine materialize and make you take it! 😂😂🤣🤣
Or a dog 🐕 could've grabbed it!
I was exactly thinking of that…
One of the best episodes from the 6th season.....really Bernard Fox makes this episode
I agree! Love ❤ his jokes!
Bernard Fox also made multiple appearances on Hogan's heroes. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
@@harperstacey9604 Also on The F Troop.
@@harperstacey9604 wasn’the also in ‘Titanic’?
@@judistench2167 Yes, he played Col. Archibald Gracie IV, who survived the disaster. He also played Frederick Fleet in _A Night to Remember,_ a 1958 film that was also about the Titanic. He delivered the line "Iceberg dead ahead, sir!"
Maybe Gladys was on vacation. 🙂 One of my all time favorite episodes. I love this scene, especially when Sam puts Dr. Bombay on a photo. 🙂 I love the ending to this episode. Esmeralda is trying to get Jupiter. She's been all over the solar system and missed. So Sam sends her. If only NASA could do that. 😀
Or maybe Jeannie for sure.
I love ❤ how Dr Bombay 🩺 'cured' the vapor-lock. Love ❤ his silly jokes, too!
I love Dr. Bombay because he's so silly. From your social media friend, Ms. Harper Stacey.
How refreshingly creative and original!! Loved this episode!
This really showed that Darrin really needs to learn to be ok with the use of magic in the house
I think darrin knows deep down inside that it's just not realistic without at least some witchcraft in the house. And he has given in at least certain times!
I agree!
Yes, I agree. Of course, if Darren did turn okey, that would end the main source of tension in the series.
@@LoesserOf2Evils True
Correction: Sam got Aunt Hagatha to do the background check in BATTLE AT HURNING OAK.
Here's my thing: If Darrin had a problem with Sam using magic and with Sam's family, why didn't he just leave?
At least Darrin was cool with having a witch maid. Though he was awful towards her. Esmeralda was so sweet!
If Darrin left it would have probably ended the show prematurely
🔹️ Ok, I give the writers a ¹⁰/¹⁰ for both imagination & inventiveness on this one❗A posthumous award since they are now deceased 👀👍❕
I agree!

Me too!
Classic TV show 😁 good actors 💞
'Ignorant isn't he,' Bombay cracks me up.
I absolutely love Dr Bombay! 😘💜
My all time favorite episode!
I wish they would show this whole show.. video.. what ever..
Its available on DVD unless that isn't a option for you.
I agree!
Daily motion
@@kentexas My "supplier".
Great show!! Please more full episodes 😉✨🇻🇪
The writing in this scene is something else. A zinger every second!
The end of season 6 was definitely stronger then the beginning.
I love the old Darrin but this Darrin has a great dialogue delivery 😂
P.S.: He was Bernard Fox, not Bernard Cox.
dr.bomboy is a funny guy. just like uncle arthur 😊
The use of special effects really created a dirty set. They had to clean it often. The use of smoke, which was gun powder based, and the use of blanks to create small explosions, prevented studio audiences to be present, because of safety concerns.
I'm glad they did that. BEWITCGED had four walled sets that could move a wall to allow a camera to be moved into posotion.
Dick York's exaggerated exasperations made him a great straight man. Dick Sergeant's deadpan deliveries seemed to always fall flat. I'm pretty sure that's why they had to keep bringing in guest stars in the later seasons.
They brought in guest stars
all through the series
Some were already stars.
Others became stars later.
Dick York exhibited a wide range of emotions. Dick Sargeant had one, maybe two - irritability and anger.
Dr. Bombay, "When you married a mortal, your use of witchcraft was sharply curtailed." Darriin, "Who says so?" Sam, "Don't interior." A favorite episode.
I love how Sam converted Dr. Bombay into a photograph, which she also probably put him in a suspended state of life.
This short scene had SO many witty lines packed into it. Can’t recall another portion from Bewitched that matches this. Loved it!
Another standout episode is
"The Crone Of Cawdor".
Also, "Samantha Loses Her Voice".
loved every show she did, so talented to, sad loss of her having cancer in 95
Endora and Samantha look tired
I love this episode. Missed Bewitched TV Series.
There had to be an antagonist for the show to work… this Darrin
Samantha’s clothes were dreary in this episode. Her wardrobe was usually so terrific.
That was so cool how they did that.
So that's what happened after they couldn't get out
It's Colonel Crittendon, after the war.
This reminded me of how much I preferred Dick York.
Nothing compares to this show. I liked I dream of Jeanie, but when I had to choose between the two shows, sorry Jeanie, but this one wins. lol
*Jeannie
Jeannie is Nice, but Bewitched is better
What's a vapor lock in witch's terms anyhow?
2:12-2:45
“Vanish vapor lock…..CRASH!!”
“There went a great doctor”😂😂😂😂
Hahahahaha!💕😂😂😂😂😂
I thought Samantha’s magic just worked on the inside of the house liked it showed in the beginning of the episode. Dr.Bombay was slipped under the door in his photo, to the outside of the house. How all of a sudden did Samantha’s witchcraft start working outside of the vapor lock? Oooops!

This Darren is so unlikable . The first Darren , yah had a temper but was charming and distinguished . This guy is not attractive at all and annoying .
Dr Bombay is amazing
This is my favorite Dr. Bombay's episode.
7/8/22
Did anyone notice the swelling under Endoras mouth?
Why doesn’t anyone comment on the great incantations.....sheer poetry!
I love some of the rhymes and ad lib they do with some of the “encantations”. 😊
Ah ah 😅
I LOVE this episode. SO clever.
Bernard Fox he was a great actor
Like Doctor Bombay ,
0:08 to 0:14 Now that was a sharp jab.
But he's easy to get rid of isn't he
Get list Darrin.
Bernard Fox.
A great episode
Вот так и хочется ещё и третий раз посмотреть сериал😀👍👍👍👍👍

👍👍👍👍👍❤🇺🇸
That's a great-looking Parsons Bench near the stairs!
That nasty blue eyeshadow. So 80s.
The show wasn't around in the 80s
This show was from the very early 1970's.
Doesn't make sense how the Doctor got in or out.
Try watching the entire video again.. this time, sober.
@@Nunofurdambiznez Endora, Esmerelda, and Dr. Bombay were able to get in, but due to the vapor lock, couldn't get out.
