timer doesnt mean real when u check on 0:53 his stand arrow turns into a mysterious arrow as he uses it that means that he used multiple arrows to get whitesnake but didnt show it so his time runs faster
heres a tip for speedruns: ignore beggars, try to team in SBR, do quests (to get points and arrow farm), dont talk with others so much, try to learn everywhere of map, reset ur character to reset skill cooldowns and travelling, dont spend too much time by talking, switch servers if there is hacker or Rker *thats all i hope i did well tips to your gameplay and i did this tips bcz u said this was ur first speedrrun anyways cya!*

do this for the new map and for word of advice once u defeat a boss just go to the next npc u dont have to go back to the person who gave u the quest to continue
pro tip for everyone attempting this in the future: if you want to avoid the large jotaro grind, get an extra heart and a few ribs for d4clt, as it can cheese the bosses pretty easily, and overall save u a lot of time
There is a way to make this faster by over an hour. And that is being blessed by rngesus. You get the corpse parts from arcade and don’t need to get prestige 2
