The day I returned home from being deployed to Afghanistan, a tiny, wet, dirty kitten showed up on my porch so I took him in and he's been my best friend ever since. I love the cat, he has always brought me a lot of joy & happiness, even through my darkest days. Needless to say, he is more that just a cat to me.

A cat of mine learned to pee in toilet just from watching us. Surprised the 2 of us one day when we heard peeing in the toilet when there was not a 3rd person here and there she was perched on the throne but she didn't flush.

I've had cats and dogs. It took a long time to train the dogs, the cats trained ME in two days. Cats are smart.
Yeah they train us to be patient, understanding and loving human being.

We sure do. And I saw a TV news show last year or so, introducing a very healthy looking affectionate 27yo cat. So we may also have the World's Oldest Cat too.

Then, the second article that came up on the search, was about a cat called Nelson, who was 27 years old in March this year... and guess what? reminds me of my old outside cat, he was the most loyal thing in the world, he would run across entire cornfields when I would call him, even if it would even take him five minutes, he would eventually come, he brought me a brown rabbits head once, he was a big cat, very affectionate, he would rip up clumps of dirt kneeding it when pet, but would lift his paw up and kneed the air if he was in my lap, and most importantly he helped me through being an outpatient when I was struggling with mental health, RIP Tommy

Thanks a bunch, I wanted people to see the fun side of her, and the fact she mostly sleeps, like any other cat. It just may seem like all she does is tricks but it's just not the case.
it is amazing how much an animal can love and respect you and do what you ask for. They know how much you love them and think of them and it is returned.

Fabulous cat - amazing "training." Thanks SO much for a great vid - not only fun, but informative as it just goes to show how intelligent these animals 'can' be. Many derogatory comments have been made about the 'fraudulent' manner with which this video was achieved - but as a long-term, loving cat owner, I can assure you that you'll never MAKE a cat do something it's not happy about doing. A dog will follow you 'blindly' no matter what, but you've NO chance with a cat. You don't 'own' a cat - they choose to remain with you, IF it suits them !

@@craigbossman163 had a cat years ago who trained himself to use toilet, he didn't flush though. RIP Kolos Kitty! He and our German Shepard, Zeb, were best friends & loved to wrestle & play. We moved to a different state & they were playing in the yard. A little boy knocked on my door to tell me "your cat is beating up your dog!" The neighbors would sit on their porch to watch them play. My first "children", I'll be so glad to see them again when it's my turn to cross the rainbow bridge, many great friends await me!

I rescued a cat from my parking lot in 2010 along with her two kittens.
I am her person and she owns my house now.

Have you seen the video he did of Didga and a bunch of dogs that has the song Happy by Pharrell he did? It went viral a few years ago and that is how I found him and started following him. It is by far one of the best videos I've seen and really showcases the training he has put into Didga. I've probably watched it 20 times and totally fell in love w/ Didga.

@@brunomyname9264 Birds of many varieties have been in existence for 100 million years, and will be here when we are gone. 200 visited my yard today; they know that the cat comes in at dawn, when they become active. Cats really do, however, "exterminate" millions of rodents, one of our greatest problems. You need to plan to think before typing.

I adopted a cat from the Hobart Cat Centre in 2012 . And she's a very happy indoor cat who prefers to be a good indoor cat! And I am always a good responsible pet owner!

People call my Mom 'The Dog & Cat Whisperer' It is Spiritual and Magical watching my mother with the animals. My Grandmother was also a Cocker Spaniel Breeder and Trainer. I guess the love of all living creatures just happens to run in our family👨👩👧👦💕
