If you have dio scooter there is mainly two things one is petrol tap and another is float needle . And if carburettor is not clean it will also cause overflow,If petrol is leaking from middle of carburettor check carburettor bowl rubber packing and the overflow is coming after starting better to check air filter and manifold side rare case not properly sealed also cause overflow to confirm all this you have to check properly 😊
No problem if it running properly and better to tell your mechanic in some intervals to check the condition of the carburettor by observing by starting, idealing and running
