Admittedly this is anecdotal but since you brought up living in urban housing not being good for you. My buddy used to live in the nicer part of the city. He had to move back to his parent's place outside the city to care for them. Apart from where he lived nothing changed, not his diet, activity level, nothing. After a few months outside the city his anxiety disorder became so manageable he went off his meds and has no desire to get on, his digestive issues cleared up, he started sleeping better and his acne started to clear up. I 100% believe that level of population density is unhealthy for humans

Here’s one for you. Research a city called Waukee Iowa. One of the fastest growing cities in the country. It has not helped anyone but the developers and the city. The taxes are sky high. The home prices are ridiculous it’s amazing how so many people in this city are now paying more in taxes especially school tax than ever before. WHY? Something isn’t right.
