This looks almost exactly the same as my first motorcycle, a very used beat up Honda 50cc Fury. I was having flashbacks when I saw the engine being assembled from my younger days when I was working on that engine to keep it going. I love these simple, economical, affordable machines. I have a Honda XR150 here in the Philippines which goes right along with the simplicity of these bikes in the video.

Now I am 60 years old, When I was a child my father took the Honda like this go to work. My home town in north east Thailand poor and lake that effects form Vietnam war but now different.
For all those wondering, This is a Chinese company, making replica of Honda CD70 in Pakistan. All assembly is done in Pakistan. People like them because they are cheaper than Real Honda CD70 which is still in manufacturing in here. These are not too good not too bad. Almost every one use these bikes. Maintenance is very cheap and these machines to give High fuel average like 50-60 KM/L.
Because it cost less than a Real Honda, give good fuel average and easy and affordable to maintain, many people prefer this and use this. Almost every house hold have one of these.
It's very similar to the Honda CD70 which is also manufactured in Pakistan. When I was in Pakistan, these small bikes were the most popular form of personal transport. The streets of Lahore and Islamabad were swarming with them. I've personally witnessed up to five people, consisting of mother, father and three children, riding one at the same time - not a single crash helmet in sight. Frightening but fascinating.

Two things that make this place great: they're not working directly in the dirt, they have tables, and there are no heavy metals or hazardous chemicals coating their hands and inhaling into their lungs. So, I'd guess these gents have it pretty good compared to the other videos.

The assembly line needs to be raised so the employees are standing straight up while working assembling the cycles. This increases efficiency and keeps a valuable employee physically fit. Look at Honda or Suzuki assembly line.
No it is not the licensed production , Its a clone and there are half a dozen other brands , its a bit low quality clone of Original Honda cd70, the video is from Pakistan and most of the parts are being manufactured within the country and they also import from china. The licensed production is also happening its called Atlas Honda cd70 and that model has better engine quality and expensive too,

Is this engine a 2-cycle by the looks of the throws on the crankshaft, cause all the two cycle engines that I have worked on some of the engine parts look similar to a two cycle engine.
A bike designed in the golden days but suits the modern era. The current generation of bikes from the biggest brands are getting more expensive to buy and maintain, not to mention how much more costly things like insurance, licences, training and gear are becoming. Road quality is a disaster in many countries. A bike like this would have an easier time.

What is the purpose of immersing the newly assembled engine and ignition wiring loom into a tank of liquid? No enging assembly lubricants used, no torque wrenches, no grease on the centrestand/rear brake lever pivot. Engines test run without any of the engine internals being lubricated isn't compatible with longevity or reliability...

assembling an engine without assembly lube is the sign of a rank amateur. The motorcycle is an exact duplicate of the Honda 65cc model released in 1966-67.

If maintained well they can run for 5-6 years(daily drive 40-50km). These copies of Honda CD70 have like lifespan of 5-6 or maximum 10 years or they could go for more if taken good care. However people tend to use them rough, They usually expire after 4 years,. Real Honda CD70 which are made in Pakistan have some better quality than these , they last long. old Honda manufactured in Pakistan where the most reliable as On of my Uncle have still in use for almost 25 years in pristine condition.
Nobody in europa rides a 70cc motorcycle...and second they dont pass invirement regulations like now ..euro 5 ..these machines ar not even euro 2 ...but i like them exept all the screaming color striping .. Pakistan shouldt look at the 100cc classic from bangla desh ..victor r 100 nice cafe racer ...or the 125 victor ..pitty those are not availeble in europa because of those regulations

It looks like a Honda Super 90 that was sold in the US in the 1960's. It was a great bike.
Yeah engine is same, just some changes in the appearance, however the quality is many times less than Super 90

Americans wanted big toy bikes and used for weekends. Unlike in Pakistan they are used daily for commute and business.

Leak test. They’re blowing air in, and monitoring that none comes out from somewhere unexpected, meaning a lose bolt, bad part etc
