    Vata dosh summary
    Vata likes oily things for eg: ghee. It doesn’t like dryness.
    Vayu likes hotness. It doesn’t like cold
    What causes vayu dosha in body?
    1. cold things
    2. Stale things
    3. Dry things
    Dry things: Dry fruits, Tea.
    Dont stop oil totally if you have this dosha
    Follow 5 tips of nityanadam daily
    Stale things: stale rice is not good
    Causes: Arthritis, body pain and Your stomach may feel good sometimes and sometimes it not good
    Other things if you can avoid for sometime: Aloo curry saag salad leafy vegetables

      For me the issues were.
      1. Bahot zyada stress.
      2. Indigestion. Jisese mujhe palpitations Hona shura ho gya.
      Now for past four months I am healing.
      I take liv 52 with food.
      Arjuna herb capsules. Zero Spicy food.
      Zero stress. Aur....probiotics daily lata hu. Hope it helps you my friend. Pay attention to your stomach. All disease start in the gut and it ends in the gut.

    Vaat foods
    1.Vaat like lubricating food's like ghee,oil.
    2.Slight warm foods take.
    Avoid excess tea , excessive dry fruits.
    Avoid starvation .
    Avoid refrigerated food and stale🍦🍧
    Reduce leafy vegetables if excess vaat

      I eat my lunch at 11 am and lunch at 7pm and after 40-45 min I drink water but I still have vata I eat dahi gehu roti
