    I was just thinking about doing this, but asking to take before and after photos and put up a sign in the yard for two weeks. This is a much better idea!

    Started doing this late last year and I’ve gotten so many reviews and work in return! I work for a 1.2 billion dollar remodeling company full time while trying to grow my business and this has helped massively. I’m at a new house every single day sometimes 2 house a day 7 days a week without having to door knock, so I’m already establishing a connection with them because they’re expecting me already. On top of the google review I ask if I can put a yard sign on their yard for 2 weeks

    always great advice. your my go to person when im looking for help. would be awesome if at some point you could do a detailed video on approaching and pitching commercial jobs, apartments, gas stations, store fronts and all the businesses us new guys wouldnt think about. i feel alot of us newbies could benifit from just learning how to pitch and getting over that initial rejection fear.

    Question: What do you do on a rainy day? i get that if it's a little sprinkle its ok to keep going, but thunder and heavy rain call it quits? Stop work and reschedule the customer? Do i need to offer a discount for the inconvenience? Or say was act of God i can't do anything but reschedule. If i got work laid out for the next 2 weeks, how do i fit them in without pushing others?

    • @hunterlozano512
      @hunterlozano512 11 месяцев назад +1

      Don’t offer discount. Just reschedule them. You don’t control the weather

I want to upgrade to a 4gpm i got like aroudn 1k that im willing to spend, what should i spend it on and what type of washer. Also how should i market and travel? Was thinking a bike trailer but couldnt find one that seemed fit and under 200$.

      Started when I got my truck at 16 pressure washing equipment gets heavy fast. Hope you figure it out and make some good money. If I were to start out again I’d get a cheap surface cleaner around $250. Then do a budget build pressure washer at around 5.5 gpm. It’s insane how much faster you move with a bigger machine.

    • @John_Park1029
      @John_Park1029 11 месяцев назад

      A 4gpm is around $1400 rn... a 5.5gpm is around $1800. idk what the guy is talking about. If i were you, I'd continue with what you have till you can buy a 4gpm, then save up for the surface cleaner. First, start with downstreaming homes, and maybe if you got the patience white tip whole driveways(super time-consuming w/o surface cleaner, and can make major mistakes if not done right).

      @@John_Park1029 Just saying he might enjoy having a little extra speed for an extra couple hundred dollars. The goal should be to upgrade later anyways. Went from 3.5 to 6.5 and working my way up to a 10 gpm at the moment. Your definitely right on the downstream. Wish I got into house washing right off the bat it’s pretty cheap to get into. Definitely gotta get some practice in and make sure not to damage anything!

      @blakesundbye2137 Honestly just think about it this way its your house you're sh'ing siding you dont want dead grass or plants so you water them think about it thay way you will do great also tape electricals.

    I have 24 5 star reviews and the second closest in my area has 15 but I'm still not ranking. Number 1 in my area has 8 reviews and Number 2 has 7 reviews with a 4.4 star rating. It's maddening.

      You guys can hit Google with the customers name and date of the review and they will reinstate it takes a few days and just through email . They’re pretty efficient!
      Had 25+ reviews not posted and then had to reach out and they reinstated them
