@Novacraft217 indeed, that's why the Hero of Brightwall (Hero from Fable 2) placed it in the the monastery. And if you made a wish with it: the wish would come true
This tune is so mesmerizing. When I discovered it, I instantly dropped everything and just closed my eyes to listen. I wish I could purchase a replica of the music box with the exact tune.
man i miss fable, this game was my jam, and who else was so protective of the little doggy companion, if anyone went near him i would whoop their asses
When we listen to this music, we think not only of the games but the memories that surround it, those of your life, and it has a certain nostalgia for the most thoughtful.
One day In fabled lands The throne falls The world ends A hero will come To take the throne To right the kingdom One day In fabled lands A hero comes The darkness rends We fight for Albion For Aeon will so soon be found
I took my time taking the city SPECIFICALLY because this was playing, literally just stood by the fire and explosions and bodies for around an hour because we didn't hear this often enough.
In fable 3 if you go to settings and go to audio and hit music to change the volume you can listen to this infinitely j listened to it for an hour straight
The very same Music Box that caused The Great Hero King/Queen (Aka Little Sparrow) So much pain and sadness could you imagine what The Hero felt in his/her last moments after hiding that old trinket that cost them more then those few coins?
I loved Fable 3, i haven't played Fable 2 since i don't have a Xbox, but anyone who thinks number 3 is great or love it they will absolutely adore the first. The first was what my whole childhood was made up of, countless gameplays. Only sad part is at the end when there are no further quests to go on.
The second was by far my favorite. It wasn't even close. I thought that Lionhead nailed it on the second - the soundtrack, the characters, the dialogue writing, complexity and customization... It may be argued that the first Fable had more spell customization but I would make the counterargument that there was too much. The only thing that I found lacking about Fable 2 was that the story seemed somewhat unprecedented. Fable 2 remains one of my favorite games of all time. Fable 3 was a good game in and of itself, but it failed the Fable franchise in my opinion in the same way that ESO has failed the Elder Scrolls franchise.
I love all three but whenever I do my annual replay of the series I always find myself most excited to play this one.. Maybe it’s because of the surplus of attractive guys (Reaver, Logan, Ben..).
I’ve always wondered why despite it being the same music box from Fable 2 they play different songs..? Also if you listen to the Brightwall Theme and compare it to this they have almost the same tune, just composed a little differently
Same here. It'd been a few years since I'd played Fable 2, but as soon as I heard the box, I thought "No.. no, no, please no". Different tune, same dread.
I’m waiting for Microsoft to release a cinematic teaser of a game that no one has a clue what it is then in the end of the trailer, this plays and people remember it’s the music box from fable and go ape shit when the fable 4 title shows
Oh boy how many memories, i remember playing fable 3 for my first time and actually when this played i cried a little because it remembers me of fable 2.
I got a random glitch where even after I picked up the music box the music was still playing, I turned the music way down and it was the only music I could hear the entire game lol
@CemeterySunshine The third game is a complex philosophical game. It asks how willing you are to perform evil deeds for good causes, and tells you that a hopelessly idealistic leader will lead their country to ruin.
To be honest, I would prefer any Fable game over any Elder Scrolls game. MAYBE not game quality wise (I would still go with Fable) not only for the absolutely amazing story line, but how they put all the tales and history of the past into it. It's flawless.
I agree, the whol fear o dying brutally is what made me fight to live. In Fable 2 and 3 we would getting destroyed and lose something very unnoticable unless we NEEDED that extra experience for upgrades. Immortality gives the player too much power.
i like Fable 3 cause the story isnt about good or evil its about that crown cause fable 1 and 2 were like ohh water with a bad me in it! This is like lionhead was like Okay Guys we need a new theme Nobody cares if there good or evil they care about the good stuff ... LETS MAKE YOU A KING
Fable 3 was really fun, it was first game I played on my xbox, (which I got like 2 weeks ago) so I found it really fun, being to be evil or good and pick through the story what u look like. when I got to the part in the game w/t the music box, I stopped playing and just listening to it for half an hour
@CemeterySunshine I can understand why you would feel annoyed about that. I enjoy Fable 3 largely because I enjoy philosophy and intricate moral questions, however I also understand that few people would want to play a game that doesn't really reward you for anything.
i cant believe in fable 3 you just give the music box away and its just never heard of again like i thought the music box would help you at the end like it did in fable 2 i mean its a powerful hero weapon how could no one (mainly walter) not notice what it is
I honestly like Fable 3. Granted, the story could have been much longer and more thought out, I didn't have an emotional connection with the dog (._. I think he was hit in the head, honestly....) and having to rely on the sanctuary for EVERYTHING made me want to pull my hair out (and don't get ne started on the lack of clothes/flattering hair styles)....but I did like it. I grew attached to my princess character, having a little headcanon for her...the other main characters were rememberable an
@brattygurl271 ^^ me too i also stand in the sunset house for hours just for the music I also stand in the demon door near Reaver's Mansion for the Temple of Light music :D
i love it! i have that game but walter died because the demon creature went inside of walter and this music made me to finish all the quest and everything and even ben finn's friend died and killed
I understand how some would think it impossible to save the kingdom while being a saint, but after hours and hours of making those stupid pies and buying every property available to collect rent, I did manage to beat the game as a saint, with no casualties (I had an extra $200,000) white wings in the end and all. It's hard but it's possible.
I don't care what anyone says about Peter Molyneux or the Fable games, I still love them.
Same
Same
Yeah i m with you fable is the best i lover fable 😄
Same here.
Fable games are soo fun to play. =)
Same
Both elegant and creepy, just like that wretched music box.
it feels like there's a deep story behind it
i think that music box may hold all the xp of everyone who died from the spire's first wish, that's why it's so powerful
I personally don't find it creepy at all.
Anakin Skinwalker well not creepy, just mysterious
@Novacraft217 indeed, that's why the Hero of Brightwall (Hero from Fable 2) placed it in the the monastery. And if you made a wish with it: the wish would come true
This tune is so mesmerizing. When I discovered it, I instantly dropped everything and just closed my eyes to listen. I wish I could purchase a replica of the music box with the exact tune.
Same. I’d make a wish and believe I was elsewhere like Rose did 😢

i heard this in fable three and instantly thought of fable 2
actually made me kinda sad.
Same here...
Brandon McGinnis Sadly, it's not the same song :(
Not sad yet
One day
In fabled lands
The throne falls
The world ends
A hero will come
To take the throne
To right the kingdom
One day
In fabled lands
A hero comes
The darkness rends
We fight for Albion
For Aeon will so soon be found
I took my time taking the city SPECIFICALLY because this was playing, literally just stood by the fire and explosions and bodies for around an hour because we didn't hear this often enough.
I did the same
i want an actual music box with this song..
I would set up a mechanism to keep it playing infinitely
In fable 3 if you go to settings and go to audio and hit music to change the volume you can listen to this infinitely j listened to it for an hour straight
The very same Music Box that caused The Great Hero King/Queen (Aka Little Sparrow) So much pain and sadness could you imagine what The Hero felt in his/her last moments after hiding that old trinket that cost them more then those few coins?
this music reminds me of Rose...
Oof... Choice of love in Fable 2 was a bit stupid compared to Choice of Sacrifice
Rip
Spydy3000 I still went for it
Reading that letter from rose when she said my little sparrow i cried

I want to cry
Daniel Suarez I'm crying
this is the type of song that would literally drive you insane if you listened long enough
I love the music so much.. so relaxing .. and it makes me think about sunny days in Albion..
When I got to this point in the game I just stood there and listened to it for ages. So many memories ~
Ahhh I miss this tune
Get flashbacks of Fable 2 when hearing this music box, good memories
I love all three but whenever I do my annual replay of the series I always find myself most excited to play this one.. Maybe it’s because of the surplus of attractive guys (Reaver, Logan, Ben..).
And walter
@@Everyonewastakenwastaken is sorry miss but walter is my honorary father
I do wish that we had more interaction with Reaver specifically
As opposed to him just talking at us
I’ve always wondered why despite it being the same music box from Fable 2 they play different songs..? Also if you listen to the Brightwall Theme and compare it to this they have almost the same tune, just composed a little differently
I played Fable 2 and when I played Fable 3 and saw this in it, I said "Oh son of a bitch..." because I knew no good could come of it!
oh i saw your comment on fable 2 music Box
Same here. It'd been a few years since I'd played Fable 2, but as soon as I heard the box, I thought "No.. no, no, please no". Different tune, same dread.

Is anyone else playing fable 3 listening to the music box while reading through the comments and stuff? No? Just me? Oh okay hahaha
Actually me going back and playing the game rn on my old xbox lol.
Actually, that's exactly what I'm doing
Same though
Who doesn't do that?
@@scion5815 lmao same
The music box is from fable 2 and the fable 2 story is so sad Sooo when I playable 2 or 3 I almost cry
@Cᴀᴛᴀʟɪɴᴀ L. the music box originally appeared in fable 2 is what he means
if there was a dope beat on top of this then it would make a fire lullaby rap
I can not stop listening to this tune
When I was little I played fable it blew my mind when treasa your sis in fable 1 is in the fable 2&3 PS I passed all the fables
Oh boy how many memories, i remember playing fable 3 for my first time and actually when this played i cried a little because it remembers me of fable 2.
ah the music box the secret weapon from the old kingdom and it is used as a bargaining chip.
Been listening to this for a while..on replay. :3
Amo esta música , pues cuando jugaba el juego la ponía casi siempre, me hacía y todavía me hace sentir ternura, gracias por subirla Like :)
this is so nostalgic.
I got a random glitch where even after I picked up the music box the music was still playing, I turned the music way down and it was the only music I could hear the entire game lol
The Fable Trilogy is just wonderfull...
this is brightwalls theme
no its not have you ever played fable 1 or 2?
in fable 3 it is brightwall's theme, which is what he was talking about
Its what the Music Box plays under Brightwall but its not Brightwalls theme
yes I know
wait what
sorry this is confusing
it's true... I think main theme too.
@CemeterySunshine The third game is a complex philosophical game. It asks how willing you are to perform evil deeds for good causes, and tells you that a hopelessly idealistic leader will lead their country to ruin.

I bought the lost chapters playing it now :D
Really good so far. Just met Jack of Blades in the arena.
Me too! I use this to fall asleep. Same as the demon door tune from fable 1
I feel left out. I have only played Fable 2 and 3, and I have no issues with either ome.
I agree, the whol fear o dying brutally is what made me fight to live. In Fable 2 and 3 we would getting destroyed and lose something very unnoticable unless we NEEDED that extra experience for upgrades. Immortality gives the player too much power.
Same tune available in un-ending loop on android amp "sleep and relaxation" under music box. Pretty cool...
First game I played on my Xbox.. love it.
man i remember when i found out you could fart in the first one made me laugh so hard...
I want piano sheet music for this, somebody make it happen.
Yes please.
Cedric Auberg cello or violin sheet music tho 😍😍
Piano preferably but cello would be good also. I play both.
***** i play Cello and i am learning Piano ^-^
WELL this my new ring ton for my phone
out of all the games i've played my favorite game is fable 3.
but who else got scared in Darkness Incarnate and cried when walter died.
i like Fable 3 cause the story isnt about good or evil its about that crown cause fable 1 and 2 were like ohh water with a bad me in it!
This is like lionhead was like Okay Guys we need a new theme Nobody cares if there good or evil they care about the good stuff ... LETS MAKE YOU A KING
I hope that we'll get a 4th one for the Xbox One
I'm playing Fable 3 at the moment, and this theme won't stop playing...Huh.
Shit bumps

@CemeterySunshine I can understand why you would feel annoyed about that. I enjoy Fable 3 largely because I enjoy philosophy and intricate moral questions, however I also understand that few people would want to play a game that doesn't really reward you for anything.
Yup. It's called Fable: Anniversary
:O WHERE DID YOU HEAR THIS!!!! :OOOOOO
Cofry is of my favorites characters in all fable saga
Good news is that Lionhead Studios is releasing Fable 1 remastered, so you could get that. Or buy the original over the xbox marketplace.
superzombie zin has two of the coolest fable remixs ive ever heard

A beautiful melody, meaning exactly what fable 3 should have ever been, a wreck in a forever hidden tomb.
@MrJokerPhreak1
Is ja auch eine extended version :D
~JaRReD
this music box is more complicated than fable's 2 but that one was more sad well to me
@brattygurl271 ^^ me too i also stand in the sunset house for hours just for the music I also stand in the demon door near Reaver's Mansion for the Temple of Light music :D
IGN has a full article and Lion Head's Facebook page has all of the other info, screenshots, and gameplay videos. :3 I'm super exctied!
Fable 4 is out already. It's an on the rails shooter.
Ja richtig, ein loop!
Not as good as Fable 2, but still pretty damn good
Now if only they were both as good as the first!
If we are talking about music boxes fable II = fable III for me, but for games fable I > II > III
this and vale of tears on alice madness are my favorites
it changed because its a magic music box and does whatever it wants :P
Wow, so beatuiful
Nostalgia
i love it!
i have that game but walter died because the demon creature went inside of walter and this music made me to finish all the quest and everything and even ben finn's friend died and killed
@CemeterySunshine You right!
Sadly all my local game shops have shut down and anywhere I look to buy one online they are so expensive or not available in my country >.
i like messing with the music settings in the options just so i can hear this song XD
i reall want to hear the music box from fable 2!
But the HD version is on the way. Now is your chance!
I was pretty scared and i cried for two days! after Walter died :'(
Same

@stamet12 yeah her story was crazy i loved it in fable 1 / TLC
Small town in Scotland
Every small shop is shutting down thanks to the tesco that moved into town
I hope that they make a Fable 4
I miss u shaleen
No I'm saying its fable 3 with a fable 1 backdrop
Es ist so gut zu anderen Deutschen im Internet zu finden!
you need to get that game
if they do fable 4 i hope they bring the health and mana bar back
Lordy do I wish that were true.
