Hello there! I don't really know if I can help with that since the rates vary depending on the location and the service included in the place. If it's a dorm, I think it'll be lower than 5k per month since you will be sharing with other people. But I honestly don't know since I'm renting a solo room with its own kitchen and bathroom for 5k per month (water, wifi, and electricity excluded). I'm pretty sure dormitories are cheaper.
