If it's a dorm, I think it'll be lower than 5k per month since you will be sharing with other people. But I honestly don't know since I'm renting a solo room with its own kitchen and bathroom for 5k per month (water, wifi, and electricity excluded). I'm pretty sure dormitories are cheaper.
