I went to the movie last night and loved every second, the chemistry is palpable, and the acting is authentic. There is an element of surprise in each scene! Zach is funny, really funny! I needed this movie, my heart just feels better!

I love how Dakota was super quiet for most of the interview, and then at the end just BAM! Personality shining through! I’ve read so many of her interview reviews, saying she’s “dull” or that “she sounds bored” but really I think she’s just a bit awkward with this sassy side that she doesn’t show to everybody. Makes it special when it does shine through.

I just saw this movie, it is one of the most endearing movies I have seen. Shia is fenomenal in the role, the chemistry between all the actors is palpable. A must see movie

I saw it today in the theater and just bawled. As a special needs mom, our kids mean something. They need to be shown more.
Shia seeing himself and it becoming clear just how shy, humbled and modest is so refreshing. God bless him and Zack. What a beautiful soul. Innocence is what this world needs so much from all of us.

Also love Shia, super chill real dude, a cutie with a past and a heart. & Zach was amazing in Peanut Butter Falcon! What a lovely trio. We are living in the right universe/timeline where we got this movie. In some alternate universe, this movie never got through its initial stages of fruition, but in this one we did. What luck we have 💕✨
My high school didn't want my friend who has downs syndrome to graduate even though he should have so I took him because I wanted him to be part of the whole tux, dinner and dance experience. His family was and still is in debt to me and we are lifelong friends. Well done Zach, well done all!

One of the most creative films I have ever seen. The directors should be praised for not only casting Zack in a lead role but promoting the freedom of improv during the film. It was so great.

I'm 39 mins 28 seconds into watching the movie for the first time, and I had to hit pause just to find an interview with the cast, to see if they would say that working with Zack changed them. Shia answered my question right away, with such an open and heartfelt answer, and now I can go finish the movie. 👍 It's beautiful so far, and looks like it's going to get better and better as it goes along.

Shia is an amazing actor. Should of won an award for his acting in Fury. But I know he’s had some tough times, but he’s always been a human and an artist first.
I always wonder who is the most beautiful woman ever on film. Dakota in this movie steps into a possible winner. She is so natural on screen and very lovely.
What I like about her, she's just so natural. Doesn't have that Hollywood glamour thing in her. Despite playing in a very erotic film, I still find her a very innocent looking.

If you read this and have never experienced someone with DS, engage if the opportunity ever presents itself. What Shia was gifted by being open to getting to know Zack as a person and not a syndrome, well it really gives you a different way of thinking and seeing things.. Shia and Dakota were very genuine here. I can't wait to see this movie.

I have watched a few interviews with these three, and it sounds like each of them were changed in very elemental ways from the process of making this movie. It is great to see something like "Peanut Butter Falcon" take a chance on doing things differently and to see the way it has unexpectedly captured the hearts of people. I think this movie has staying power and will still be around as a classic for many years to come.

Loved this movie. Thought "what a dumb name", then saw some reviews (must see, all of them). Absolutely amazing. Zach was naturally good and likeable. Shia - always liked him until he started wigging out but HE'S BACK ... very sweet with Zach.
Dakota never cared about but here she's underdone with make-up and acting AND she's gorgeous and loved every minute she was on-screen.

This is a great movie, I’m watching it again right now. The acting was by far some of the greatest. This isn’t my type of movie, I was bored and watched it and I love it. I don’t purchase movies but this is one that I will.

after watcing Honey Boy, i can't help but wonder if seeing a video of himself at a young age in the beginning of him experiencing 'fame' is a trigger for shia and his ptsd. i felt like dakota was trying to lighten the mood and keep him laughing through that part of the interview. i dont think he would have handled it well if it weren't for those two sitting next to him.
Haven't seen Honey Boy yet. But I felt so on edge when she pulled out that video. I think Shia wasn't happy about it. Especially being surprised by it.
