Great video Alex. It would be great if Peloton would make their Row content available for all PTON subscribers to “ALL-ACCESS”.

Great video!!! I really hope this helps people who are new to rowing address the three fundemental errors I see over and over again on any machine. Not sure about the machine itself though. Each good stroke you take, you have to pass your hands under the monitor all the way to the wrists. I can guarantee that this will a) Collapse the posture for the majority of rowers - b) Make people stop short on the recovery - c) Result in a lot of broken monitors as people punch it with the handle...
Would love to try one one day....

Thank you Alex. I just got my Perfect Form badge today. I can really tell that better form creates more efficient power.

Wow thank you so much for this video. I've been searching for this because I have recently started using rowing machines in my gym and love it, but it makes my back hurt a lot. So I looked for videos that demonstrate the proper form and this is the first time I can clearly see how it looks, aka correct vs incorrect technique. Thank you!

Peloton company under Ttec in the Philippines sucks. Most employees are being terminated without due process. After using them they dumped most of their employees without compensate. I hope you grow with scammer.
