TRIP REPORT | Avelo Airlines XP175 | Burbank - Bozeman | N705VL | Boeing 737-700 | Economy Class

I flew once again to Yellowstone Airport in Bozeman MT, and I will also be reviewing my Envoy Air E175 flight out of there after this. But this time, I flew on an airline that is only 2 years old. Avelo Airlines started up in Hollywood Burbank in spring 2021, and I got a chance to fly with them out of there. They are an ultra-low-cost-carrier (ULCC), so I don't expect much. But let's see how they do.

This aircraft was registered N7837A when it flew for Southwest starting in 2016. Before Southwest, it actually belonged to Aeromexico, and the registration was XA-CAM. It first flew in 2003.

Yep that’s true. I actually flew one of the sister ships out of this same airport once, N7827A. That one still flies for Southwest.

I flew with Avelo This year and Last year during the Summer from New Haven to Raleigh, it was a pretty good experience for me and my mother because of how quick it was to fly instead of flying out of Windsor Locks. Great Review!

I am pretty sure that they only give service on night flights, since when I flew on them from MDW to HVN during the night, they handed out water.

It's a 😅19 year old Aiplane that flew 20 hours a day with Southwest, alone, ULCC = Flying City Bus..
Don't expect much from a City Bus...
