I just remembered that there was a variant of 1985 Regal Films logo that makes dreamy and lovely with a dreamy synth electronic piano in somewhat the early 90’s film but I have no idea what movie this logo variant is from.

I'm pretty much surprised that the Regal logo still has the "50 Years" disclaimer since 2010. It was actually founded in 1962, so it would have had that disclaimer (which took down temporarily throughout 2012). It seems like the logo that's made, was saved permanently. "Over 50 Years" would've actually been an absolute better disclaimer. I think it really needs a change in the future.
UPDATE: Thanks for loving my comment! THANK GOD they finally changed it since late-2018 and it’s even better than before. What I’m also surprised is that the Viva logo (including Viva Films) was changed since early-2018, but only as a print logo in promotional materials and never animated on-screen, though it was animated on-screen once but for Viva Records. This is like the Working Title print logo of the Philippines and they don’t even care
The Regal Home Video logo is basically the Regal Television logo, but with the light blue rectangle fading in over the words "REGAL TELEVISION" and the words "REGAL HOME VIDEO" zooming in from the center into the rectangle. Talk about loss of the editable source.
The 70's logo with the cartoon lion is so much better than the creppy cloud and lightning logo - it was such a downgrade. Good thing the 1994 outer space logo made a huge step up.
19xx, 1987-1992 were my scariest feels whenever a Regal films movie opening scene was shown. To top it all off with the scare, a horror movie like Shake Rattle and Roll comes out of it. 😱

Now ABS CBN was part with VIVA due to Vice Ganda Christmas movies like The Mall The Marrier was open on Christmas Day due to the Metro Manila film Festival 2019
