First video of a CRJ takeoff that I can actually hear the engines - thanks! They sound amazing!

A very nice video! I flew to this airport in June of 2016 when I used American Airlines. I flew out of my home airport Ontario International Airport(ONT) en route to Melbourne, Florida (MLB) on my annual summer vacation. This airport was my connecting point into Melbourne. Charlotte Douglas has quite a few good restaurants, my favorite being Bojangles! When I exited the plane there, it was literally staring at me in the face! So I jotted in there for breakfast! A bowl of grits, one piece of fried chicken, and two scrambled eggs was my breakfast! It is also a great place for planespotting if that is your hobby! Lots of aviation action! On the way back home, we were delayed in flying out for like 45 minutes because of the congested air traffic around the airport!

I have been flying a simulation of the CRJ700 in P3D6 flight sim all over the US. Its a reasonably good simulation and the cockpit is easy to use. In flight sim at full throttle its quite a sky rocket.

Apparently American Eagle is starting to add a few CRJ-200 into the fleet this year. Those are truly one of the worst regional jets out there short of a turboprop. The CRJ900 is very similar to the CRJ700, just longer. You can tell the difference between the two because the 900 has two over-wing exits, and the 700 has one. The 900 is basically a stretched 700 with some slightly larger engines. I've been on the 200 and the 900s, but just recently got to ride on a 700. I found that the 700 had significantly more sporty performance than the other two.

Nice! I'm flying on one again via CLT, but I think it's a 900.

I have to take one of these from LA to Tucson and I'm not looking forward to it. I'm 6"2' and 240lbs. I'm uncomfortable in coach on regular planes. I have these little planes. Normally I'd upgrade but the first class tickets are outrageous for this flight for some reason.$500 plus for an hour and a half flight!
