You have been my inspiration to do it properly when I taught classes at Apple and at my film school. I’m so glad you have a channel so I can learn more from you. Audiance is bored to hell. No new stories. Their lunch is waiting. You are standing between them and their lunch. Water is dripping from top. Napolean story was good. The presentation was awesome. The personal story was awesome.
This is a problem with society in general. People are so caught up in their lives they are not prepared to be considered for even a moment, in other words.

he tried to open up the audience, but his bad, nobody is perfect, it felt even worse that some of your colleagues were busy on mobile phones during the entire event
Bring in some activities dude! Remember you're interacting with adults, bring in some activities and apply some methodologies such as Andragogy. No one likes lectures! This isn't toastmasters!
@kamal, that is what came to my mind while watching such a long lecture, though he was sharing interesting facts and stories. I have paused the video and am reading comments for a while now. Nevertheless a treat to watch it

يوجد منهاج ومنظومة عملية، جرب توستماسترز، كنت رئيساً لنادي توستماسترز رام الله قبل عدة سنوات، وأعتقد أنه لا يوجد منظومة أفضل منها لتعلم ذلك.
