It’s an interesting ,excellent and fun way to remind us who we are and what how can we make our lives purposeful and productive. As well as bring the happiness to train our brain. I am delighted to watch that again and hope there are many more to see . Well said Mr. Mohammed Alqhatani .

The screen time part is so true. There was a time I meditated and cut my screen time to 2 hours a day. I remember; 1. How productive I was 2. How creative I became with solutions and new ideas. I then got comfortable and slowly went back to my old habits. This year my focus is to get back to reducing my screen time
