not gonna lie man, since thousand-year blood war came out i have been going back and really studying the connections of captains and their closest partners because the way they have me cutting onions in this new series is NUTS! the character writing, development and emotional GRIP is REAL to me and some others i know it!!!!!!!!! omaeda and soifon relationship, hitsuguya and rangeku, ichigo and his bloodline sheesh! hell kisuke and kurotsuchi really great dialogue and unlocking of nostalgic moments from the 1st series.
I’m sure he has 0 screen time in TYBW as well which is a shame, it’d be cool if they gave him a fight in the bonus content they’re adding into the new anime
