Just saw your apartment tour and have to say that the way you recorded this video through the balcony, really made your kitchen look considerably larger than it really is. Great recipe! Thank you.

Thank you so much! Yes, we have to get creative in the small space. We're wanting to do a video for vin chaud and some other winter delights, but if I film from the balcony, I might be a little cold! :P We will see! Thanks for watching!

Thank you for the feedback! We are already feeling like we need more French cooking videos, as this seems to be a hit! I know we've wanted to do a video on how to create your own vin chaud for the holidays, so that one is on my list already! We'll see what else we can cook up! ;P

Hello from Canada. This looks delicious. We have never tasted “duck a l’orange as it always seemed to high end Francais to attempt to prepare for just us two. I will look for a duck breast at the grocery now. Not sure if I will find it but your recipie made it seem relatively simple to tackle and if we are just working with a duck breast it will make a reasonable size portion for two rather than the investment of buying a whole duck. Thank you for this very well done video and it may help us attempt such a treat for ourselves.
It’s Valentine’s Day here as we watched this together. We had a lovely seafood chowder made from our local seafood and Vegas and cream and then enjoyed a strawberry Pavlov with plenty of fresh whipped cream for dessert. Our berries were thawed frozen ones from our backyard last summer. It was a lovely satisfying treat. Happy Valentines to you.

Yay! Jean, that is wonderful! Doug is definitely the cook in our family, I tend to burn things! ;) But in making this video it does feel like it could be less intimidating that one may initially believe for this type of dish. Please do let us know if you try it and how it turns out! Also, your Valentine's day meal sounded divine! I LOVE garden strawberries, they are the absolute best! Take care! We'll be thinking of more dishes to prepare!
