Wer kennt sie nicht, die aktuellen Skirennfahrerinnen der Schweizer Nationalmannschaft: Lara Gut-Behrami, Wendy Holdener, Corinne Suter, etc. - sie alle haben eines gemeinsam - sie haben auch das B-Kader in ihrer Karriere bei Swiss-Ski durchlaufen - genau wie aktuell Luana Flütsch.
Luana erzählt mir in meinem neuen Doku-Film “Mein hübsches Prättigau.” ihre ganz persönliche Geschichte. Sie erzählt über Ihre bisher mehr als zehnjährige Karriere als Ski-Profi mit Hochs und Tiefs. Ihre “verlorenen” Jahre aufgrund von mehrfachen Verletzungen, aber auch über die Faszination Skisport, wie ein Tagesablauf als Ski-Profi aussieht und ihre Wünsche für ihre Zukunft.
Ich habe Luana während den Dreharbeiten als willensstarke, disziplinierte und enorm talentierte Sportlerin kennen gelernt und ich bin überzeugt - Luana’s Zeit wird noch kommen und ich wünsche ihr dabei viel Erfolg ohne Verletzungen und vor allem weiterhin viel Freude an ihrer Passion: Skirennfahrerin!

Prättigauer erzählen ihre Geschichte dem Dokumentarfilmer & Fotografen Roland Steffen.
Ich gebe es zu - ich bin ein Fan vom Prättigau. Das Tal hat nicht nur hübsche Dörfer, es ist eingebettet in eine raue und eindrückliche Landschaft und die haben die Walser vor hunderten vor Jahren schon für sich entdeckt. Diese Gegend ist vor allem von Einheimischen geprägt, von waschechten Prättigauer, welche schon seit Generation hier wohnen. Mich interessiert es, wie diese Prättigauer so "ticken", was sie antreibt und wieso sie sich Du sagen und aus dem Auto winken auch wenn man sich gar nicht kennt und warum sie alles so hübsch finden. Das und noch viel mehr will ich in meinem Gesprächen herausfinden.

Who doesn't know them, the current ski racers of the Swiss national team: Lara Gut-Behrami, Wendy Holdener, Corinne Suter, etc.? - they all have one thing in common - they also went through the B squad in their career at Swiss-Ski - just like currently Luana Flütsch.
Luana tells me her very personal story in my new documentary film "My pretty Prättigau." She tells about her more than ten-year career as a professional skier with highs and lows. Her "lost" years due to multiple injuries, but also about the fascination of skiing, what a daily routine as a professional skier looks like and her wishes for her future.
During the filming I got to know Luana as a strong-willed, disciplined and enormously talented athlete and I am convinced - Luana's time will come and I wish her a lot of success without injuries and above all a lot of joy in her passion: ski racer!

Prättigauer tell their story to documentary filmmaker & photographer Roland Steffen.
I admit it - I am a fan of the Prättigau. The valley not only has pretty villages, it is embedded in a rugged and impressive landscape and the Walsers discovered it for themselves hundreds of years ago. This area is mainly characterized by locals, by genuine Prättigau people who have lived here for generations. I am interested in how these Prättigauer "tick", what drives them and why they say "Du" to each other and wave from the car even if you don't know each other and why they find everything so pretty. This and much more I want to find out in my interviews.
