Yea actually it is a suprise because we did run in the engine a few days before the burnout
@@raskymoto you are supposed to run in it for like 200+km
@@niksusa 200+ km for aluminium cylinder for cast iron way more ! Its not the best quality, so you need to be very careful and have the proper mixtures not to end up like this ! The difference in cost for me can be overcome with experience !

Hello do i need to mix the two stroke gas myself or will the oil pump do its trick?
On the 70cc kit?
it doesn't hold up with the 70cc kit my friends broke there cylinders cause the oil pump wasn't giving enough oil for higher rpm
You can use the oil pump but then you also have to mix around 1-2% oil in the gas
Like the other comments says its always best to mix it yourself, but on my 70cc yamaha slider i used the oil pump and mixed 1% in the tank
Always premix with larger bores. the lubrication sysytem is only suitable for standard cylinder/ setup. Just mix it yourself way better. Oil pump is also known to fail quite quickly.

LOL did u not run in the engine at the start why would u try to do a burnout on a brand new engine
We did run in the engine but dont really know what happened, the burnout was a few days after
@@raskymoto How many KM did you run in the engine for, like you changed almost everything so you should run it on low rpm for like 200km
@@nest- yeah, we did like 150-200 km, but the cylinder was a pretty cheap and bad one, thats probably why it broke so easy

Is the carburator doing fine while it is at such an angle? I used to think it would drown itself with fuel?

vad gjorde du på föggen när du bestyckade den, har själv just bytt till airsal 50cc sport och den typ hackar när man kommer ner i låga varv och så kan man inte komma upp i höga varv längre
Byt till race tänding istället, den misständer
your supposed to drive like 300 km before giving full gas or the cylinder head will get stuck but nice bike bro

Well if your changin engine i recommend to change crankshaft aswell
thats not high end so it should be fine, change it when it breaks.lol
you need to let the new bore kit wear in otherwise it wont perform well and would just blow up, it happened to my bike

if you mean the clutch cable from the lever in my case the cable was too long even it was for my modell just shorten it

Did you buy the cheap 80 euro 70cc? i was thinking about buying it but i dont know if it is reliable.
Yeah, it was a cheap 74cc for around 80€, i would recommend to buy a more expensive one
@@raskymoto Nää, så länge man bestyckar föggen rätt och kör in åtminstone 30 min så kan en 70cc divison hålla väääldigt länge den med, tro mig, hade en moppe med division 70cc och den höll mer än 800 mil

We tried a bunch of different main jets and settings until it was running good

I had a similar, cheap motoforce 74cc kit. It lighlty seized multiple times with the stock radiator and coolant temp up to 79 degrees celsius. After that i removed the thermostat, sanded the scratches in the piston and cylinder with sanding paper and added dual radiators from a 125 2 stroke. No problems since it has better cooling. Coolant temp max 60 degrees celsius.

@@raskymoto I know it’s a pain but do you know where you got your carburetor from I’ve been trying find one I have a 70kit on my reiju same model as yours and won’t do over 42mph
And do you know what sprocket size you have for wheeling
@@reefbmxway my 50cc stock engine derestricted does around 45mph+, i cut out the cats inside the exhaust, also 12t and 52t sprockets + main jet. If your exhaust is stock you need new exhuast or remove restrictions and need to put a bigger front and smaller rear sprocket.
4.15 you need to ride cearful and slow for the first 100 km and then you can go faster

Hahah gud nej, han körde typ 20 mil vilket räcker gott o väl för en gjutjärn, den alu cyllen han köpte efter som han har nu körde han inte ens in typ, twostrokes 50 mil inkörning är bara bullshit
@@raskymoto Varför skar den då? Han frestande den ju när han gjorde burnout
Burnouten var ju efter ett par dagar plus att den redan nypt ett par gånger innan han burna, vettefan varför den skar, den rusa ju när vi starta den första gången så det kanske blev lite frestat då, eller snål blandning eller nått fel vid installationen eller nått, ingen aning

there would be much more damage and cranc would have up and down movement while bearings are not moving, so it would hit the head gasket

Probaply late but if its not about money i would definetily get the athena
Depends on what you have planned. If it's power, Anthena sport 70. If it's speed, Anthena Race 70 & for price Airsal 70. Airsal 70 is cheap but relatively powerful.

I drove an athena 70 sport for 4000 kilometers and the piston ring pin broke so the ring could freely rotate and it got eaten up. The cylinder is fine though.

Haha the first 74cc kit was like more of a test, but then when it broke he bought a airsal 70cc, and airsal is not that bad, and we didnt want to change the crank
