I made a Quick and delicious dessert specially for eid.
Cooking takes a lot of work, so it's a hassle to get started?Me too🤩
I made it in an easy way, so have fun🥳
It's okay to make Vermicelli and decorate them instead of strawberry.

Measurements are using scales (g).tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp)(not measuring spoons)

✨
Milk and Cheese mixture;
-Milk-1.5 liter
-Milk fat-1 cup
-Almond-1/4 cup
-Walnuts-1/4 cup
-Sugar-1/2 cup
Cheese-1 cup
✨
Vermecelli Preparation;
-Vermecelli-4 Packet(600g)
Organic ghee-2 tbsp
Cardamom powder-1 tsp
Condensed milk-1 cup
Water-1/2 cup
✨
Sugar Syrup;
Water -2 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Zafran-1 pinch
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
✨
For garnishing;
Pistachio-1/4 cup( chopped)
Strawberry slice

-You can add your favourite nuts and make sugar syrup according to your taste ( keep ratio same).

-Make sure to add cheese to make it full loaded dessert.

-If you like that this dessert should be more creamy you can use pheni instead of vermecelli.
