Bahram Beyzaie is one of Iran's most acclaimed filmmakers, playwrights, and scholars of the history of Iranian theater, both secular and religious. He was a leader of the generation of filmmakers' known as the Iranian New Wave, beginning in the late 1960s, and has since directed more than a dozen prize-winning films. He has also conducted pioneering research into the roots of ancient legends derived from Indo-Iranian mythology and known collectively as A Thousand and One Nights. He is that rare artist who is also an erudite critic and scholar of his myriad crafts. Beyzaie lives and works in Iran, but is spending time at Stanford as the Bita Daryabari Visiting Professor of Persian Studies.

کاش برنامه های بیشتری از این دست برامون میساخت و صحبت میکردند جناب بیضایی
درود، ای کاش عنوان هر ویدیو رو اول به فارسی و بعد دقیق تر می نوشتید، یا در توضیحات دقیق تر می نوشتید، عنوان مثلاً می شد: اسطوره شناسی آرش کمانگیر قسمت فلان، و در توضیحات اندکی بیشتر توضیح داده میشد که آرش فلان بوده و بهمان کار را کرده و نشانه شناسیش به فلان داستان و کدام کتاب و،،،، خیلی خلاصه نویسی و بدنویسی در عنوان ها انجام میشود،
بهرام عزیزم ، من فکر میکنم تمام آن سختگیری ها عناد و دشمنی که جمهوری اهریم با تو داشت نه فقط بخاطر دینت بلکه بیشتر بخاطر آئینت بود .......

مرسى اقاى بيضايى بسيار شنيدنى بود.
چه مستمعین سطحی نگر و ازار دهنده ایی داره. اقای بیضایی برای من حکم پیامبر یا بیشتر از اون رو داره... نمیدونم چطور میشه جلوش بشیینی و هروکر کنی. یا وقتی میخای باهاش حرف بزنی. به احترام این بزرگی ایستاده حرف نزنی..
