Hey, Joe. I got to ask you, can i hear some of your own mixes? Do you have a link or something? I really enjoy your material and you are very good at explaining stuff. I would like to make a request, im on my second year in school studying to be an engineer and i can get things to punch but i would like to have things more clear and separated. Can you do a video on achieving clarity and separation. I think thats something that alot of people starting out struggle with, and you having so much knowledge about the greatest talents in the game... you should make that video. Take care Joe!
@@GreenLightSound i just clicked through, you have a typo on the services page: 'to bring tour' (presume, your?)... just a heads up "Whether you need your tracks mastered, an instrument part added, or a string arrangement to bring tour song over the top, let me leverage my years of musical experience to help make your song the best it can be."
I've nearly pulled the trigger on this a few times. How easy is it to get the midi pattern out of EZKeys to, for example, sequence a synth? Basic question I know, but can't seem to find the answer.
Paul can/could play more than a few basic chords, and the Beatles used other keyboard player (George Martin, Billy Preston) whenever they needed something more complex. Nothing wring with using this tool if you don't have access to a piano player.
@@GreenLightSound yeah but they still learned to play... I don;t have a prob;em withe tool, I have similar ones too but I can play simple trids and basic 7th chords ... I will remain on my high horse on this matter.... Lol
@@truthseeker3650 there is a slight rabbit hole to go down with this logic, and the days of regular, in person music collaboration are nearly gone for a lot of us. I think software tools that help with bouncing off instrumentation ideas are a great way to keep musicians focused, and motivated.
Great content. Thanks! I'll be waiting to get this version once black Friday hits!
Excellent review/comparison. Exactly what I was looking for :) Thank you!
The sonic difference between these is night & day. Toontrack have definitely stepped up their game! :D
Definitely. Core library sounds great.
good video -----
I think 2 is a great step up from 1. Very excellent in so many ways.
Me too ! Nicer pianos
Why is there no note release control?
nice - long overdue!!!
what does it cost with full midi packs bundle and ezkeys2? and ezbass? 1000 bucks+?

Hi Joe, I'm curious about the track feature - is it layering? I'm not sure how that works - I just need to see somebody do it
The tracks are just alternatives for ideas. They don’t layer one part on top of another.
@@ShiningHourPop thanks 😊
@@ShiningHourPop of course EZ drummer 3!

I don't have EZKeys but I have EZ Bass and Superior Drummer 3 and in both you can drag and drop. Probably you can with EZKeys also.
Yup, Drag the midi block from ez keys onto a midi track in the arrange window

why don't people just learn to play a few basic chords to male music.... that;s what John, Paul, George and Rinfo did.... smh

Am I the only one who much prefers EZKeys 1? 🫤🫤
Have you tried EZ Keys 2? I have number 1, but just wondering what you don't like about 2.
