    Desde México exelente explicación, tengo una pregunta:
    Revise mi motocicleta y arrojo 7 códigos de falla, realice el borrado de fallas y restablecimiento de la posición de sersor TPS.
    Al terminar y volver a revisar fallas el MIL se queda encendido permanente. Cuál será la nueva falla?

      Sorry. I'm not sure I understood your question. Code 8 (not 7) is the Throttle Position(TP).

      You got me. When there is no code in the DTC's memory, then as soon as the DTC's connector is shortened the MIL bulb will be stay on (will not flicker). I thought it was clear that if there is no flicker then there are no codes to read, but you are right, this projection is missing in the video.
      What do you say, I need to fix the video (download and re-upload?)

    My CRF throws 12 codes for fun. I replaced the injector(code 12) and no difference noted. The injector black/white wire goes to the kill switch and also to the bank angle sensor, that threw a code one time so i suspect 12 codes are to do with the kill switch.

      Hi, Is the engine working properly?
      Code 12 it does not necessary have to be a problem in the function of the injector, it can also be a problem of short or disconnect on the electrical wires that leading to it, etc ...
      According to the diagram in the Honda's book (CBR) the wires of the injector are Black / Blue, and the other is Pink / White. According to the Haynes guide No 5919 P. 8*51, these are the same colors at the CRF model. So it's not clear to me which motorcycle model you are talking about? But if it is a Honda from those years 2011-2013 in my opinion the principles need to be similar or identical.
      A problem with the engine stop switch was supposed to affect other components that connected to the Black / Blue wire, so I do not think your problem is with this switch.
      Bank Angle problem is a different code (code 54), therefore it is unlikely that your problem is with this sensor.
      Try resetting the codes memory, running the engine, and then checking to see if the code reappears.
      Sorry, I do not know you, if the issue seems unclear to you or you do not have the knowledge, the tools OR the appropriate technical literature, to perform the repair yourself, please feel free to contact a qualified mechanic in your area.

      @@mycbr250rdmotorcycling7 (late reply- you tube blocks notifications to me) ive had a 12 code before on my 2014 crf250m. I replaced the injector but didnt notice any difference in performance. I have read other peoples DTIs and they also have 12 codes so we tend to ignore those now. The 12 and 54 code i got this time shows a common black/white wire running to the engine kill switch for each componant therefore i suspected the kill switch to be responsible as its regularly submerged in water/mud/ buffalo crap and as the starter switch and clutch switch have given me problems i cleaned them up. All issues are gone now.
      'A qualified mechanic in my area'? That did give me a big laugh! No one in this country can touch my vehicles as when they have done in the past they have caused damage to other componants or even done things that could have killed me.
      Im the only qualified motor vehicle technician that i know of here!
      Oh! And i make the factory tools to do the required work, the local alternative is usually a big hammer and a screwdriver!

    would this work on a honda cbf 1000, i've removed the servo on the exhaust and fitted a servo eliminator but still getting code 34, i didn't remove the coil from near the aril filter or blank the pipes, stuck to find the problem.

      Sorry sir. I only know my cbr250r model. My model does not have a code 34. Try to locate the service manual for your model, at Honda or Haynes. I think you will find there the appropriate explanation.

      With your permission, I'm willing to try to guess: You may be reading an old code(before you fix it) ? If so, try resetting the memory, and see if the code comes back again

      Sorry, I have no ABS, so I have no motivation to study the subject in depth. The maintenance Honda's book has an entire chapter that deals with the ABS system: Chapter 16. On pages 16-10 there is a table with fault codes. If you know how to read the code from the panel ABS light bulb, I can look at the table and tell you what that code means.

      If you're going to do maintenance on your own, and if you have the skills and tools, I really recommend you invest in the technical literature: Haynes' book, and Honda's book. They are not expensive(relatively), it is an investment that pays for itself.

      Gp to P 16-8
      Your ABS light blink or stay on' if YES so: There should be a code problem in the memory.
      Under the rider seat you have 3P SERVICE connector. Short
      Gray/Red TO Green.
      Switch ON
      Stop Switch ON
      After 2 sec ABS goes off for 3.6 sec' and then...
      If there any code they blink like you already expected.

    What is the code for abs fault
    My rear wheel locks during hard braking but abs light is off
    I didn't get what's the problem

      Hi. My model does not have abs, so my experience with this system is limited. I know that there is a separate computer for abs, and I know that it is possible to read codes that are specific to abs faults, by reading the flashes in the abs inspection light, the one on the instrument panel.
      If the rear brake locks, you should check the caliper and the piston, it is possible that the piston is seized. I don't know your abilities, just saying this is a job for a professional mechanic.

      If the light stays on, this is a sign that there are no fault codes in the memory and all is OK. If there was any fault codes the light was flashing.

      I would suggest starting the test from the temperature sensor, maybe it is failed and needs to be replaced???
      In any case, you must not drive like this, because if the cooling system is not functioning it will destroy your engine very quickly.
      If you are in doubt, or you do not have the hands and ability to repair it yourself, please do not hesitate to contact a qualified mechanic that you trust on.

      I replaced my engine coolant temperature sensor fan is also working but that meter shows 5 bars n 6th blinking it happens when my mechanic flush out coolant my giving full accelerator n then it showing like this on meter

      Maybe there is air trapped in the cooling system?
      And maybe something else.
      One way or another, the engine must not be allowed to work like this, because it can cause great damage to the engine.
      If you trust your mechanic, go back to him and explain to him that a new problem has arisen.
      If you don't trust your mechanic it's not good.
      Find to yourself a certified mechanic that you trust on.

      In the module of the three sensors that is attached to the throttle body on the left side (the black box), one of the sensors is TP which is the Throttle Position. This potentiometer should be reset if the black box is touched, or if there is a suspicion that it has gone out of tuned.
