Hi I watching almost all your videos and enjoy them so much, you have great talent for making yourself clear, I particularly enjoyed the “Canva” sessions and this one on “Notion” and yes, I started using both tools (taking also advantage of your Notion template you offered to us) even if currently I don’t have a personal platform. Yet I am starting to study how to build it so I hope in one of your next videos you could also touch the subject on: how to start a personal site/blog, although I fear the subject might be too vast. As to the tools above I found them easy to use thanks to your instructions, I only struggled (but just a little) when trying to find the “reminder” choice in Notion. I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed it, Peter! To copy the whole RUclips management template to your Notion, click on the link in the description and you’ll be taken to the template. Then, click the three dots in the top right corner of the workspace and select Duplicate Page. This will copy it for you. For the individual RUclips video template, you’ll find it there by clicking on the arrow right next to the New Button and choosing new video. I hope it helps!
If you download my Notion template, there is actually a Calendar View as well! Any new videos that you add in there and update the publish date will appear on the Calendar which I use quite a lot, too! Let me know if you need any help with this 😊

Is there a video about how to set up Notion for content management and automatic/prescheduled posting ? I signed up via my google account, to see what Notion is. It looks like I have to pre select what I want to use it for, so I tried the basics and it does not even showed up a calender. I need to schedule FB,LI, IG, TW and we also use You tube more or less like a storage platform..... Unforunatelly, in Buffer I cannot tag people and institutions for LI accounts. We can only use free versions as we are a gornement institution.

Notion is designed to be customized completely by you and I was pretty overwhelmed the first time I tried it. That being said, after I’ve learned about the different functions, types of views and how databases work, it completely transformed my project management approach. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to set up Notion to automatically schedule or post for you. You’d have to use other apps for it like Later, Flick, Planoly, or, if the functionalities are not enough for you through the free versions, go for native scheduling on the platforms like Meta Business Suite for IG & FB, TI from their Ads Dashboard and the native LinkedIn scheduler.

Rest extraordinary features takes so much of your time; they may increase the productivity of a large enterprise but won't be beneficial for smaller Companies. I need your Argument on it? This helps me massively to stay on track, keep my strategy going and facilitate the creative process itself. For me, it’s easier to focus this way, I have everything in one place and I’m never forgetting my ideas or content suggestions from my audience. My Notion set up is pretty simple and helps me every step of the way. I get it that I may not work for everyone but it’s perfect for me 😊

No problem at all! A-roll is the main footage, B-roll is the supplemental one. Here on RUclips, something like me talking to the camera would be A-roll and any footage that’s overlayed on top of the audio of me talking to help visualize it better would be B-roll.
