Why law does not come to existence for considering seniority through Parliament being a mandatory provisions or elements. However courts are considered senioirities for the promotions, otherwise effectees should be told about their deficiencies.

On account of Col. R Inamur Raheem, being a true Pakistani, sincere man and honest of course, the Pakistan will progress in upcoming days to come. Moreover Qazi and his like minded judges have crossed almost all borders of fair trial and Justice, therefore we've got only one solution and that is to pray Allah the Almighty for maintaining it's Natural Law of Justice so that our country couldn't suffer further.

I am sorry, I have now lost all respect and regard for Col(R) Inam ur Raheem, despite all his holy sermons on what great work he has been doing for justice in Pakistan, when he still holds such a high opinion about the recent conduct and judgements of the current CJP.
