@@ExperiorGolf lol icwutudidthar. I've been dabbling in Grill master technique's myself and everytime I see a new High Steaks video I get the craving. My experiments have been with all natural woods and starters. Apple, Mesquite and Hickory are the main woods I Grill with at low temps with a reverse sear on a black iron skillet. The seasoned butter at the sear for caramelization is a must. I love it. Keep up the great work on all your channels man you and Hi 5 studios have gotten me through some tough times over the years.
