Simple enough, baki might be said to have learned every martial art, or smth, in reality he only has street fighting knowledge and barely much martial arts, he is still strong tho, compared to ohma, ohma has immense skill, learning throughput his childhood, and his techniques should be considerable aswell, so in my opinion, they're in more of a draw, baki would win if he manages to somehow outsmart ohma, and ohma wins if he outskills baki, simple enough.
