Wow, heavy song. Sawyer always sings from the heart and his emotions show through in his songs. All I can say is WOW HE SO ROCKS. Sadly the lyrics are a reality to far too many. That aside. I just love his voice. You can close your eyes and just melt to his voice. Yes his song can help many. God Bless him . Hugs to him and his band. Chilling song brought tears. Perfection
In my opinion, the most important song Sawyer has ever written. If I were queen of the world I would get it recorded and released as a single immediately. Not because it is a beautiful song, which it is ... and not because it may or may not become a hit, who knows how that works ... but because I believe it could help thousands of kids caught up in domestic abuse. One of the most powerful attributes of art is that it helps us look at things that are either too painful to look at or that we just don't understand. I think this song has the power to do just that. I am sure I am not the first person to say this, but I have no time to read all the comments.
