    And at the end of the video the lady finally takes a breath 😊. I actually learned a lot from this, very good job! I’m using a Mockmill stone mill to grind my flour and a filter to separate the fine particles and the middling particles. I don’t have as much control but no oxidizers are used and the flour is fresh without any chemicals.

    Very concise and time efficient. This video answered all my questions on the milling process. Thank you. The only question is what are some of the acceptable tolerances in various grades. Especially at the bran separation in finished white flour.
