@@urmom-fm6ph well the dummy is kind of easy to built and make it heavy. Just put stuff like rice, some cans and whatever is heavy into old clothes, to be sure it's not gonna be ripped off, use two outfits or if you have, three, sew it and done. The difficult part it's the wig.

Two points:
One, Rapunzel had MAGIC hair. Literally magic. Magic hair can grow as long as you want it to; it scoffs at real-world logic.
And two, she had probably been doing the lifting-by-the-hair thing for quite a while, at least since puberty. She's got the moves down.
Psycopathicus plus it’s 70 feet long so it doesn’t even pull on her scalp.
In terms of the using-the-pulley thing, no, you're probably right. I can imagine that the sheer weight of it would be a bit of a burden, though - but again, magic.
Why does it seem like you're actually debating this😂 how about the fact that it's fake
Well, yes, it's fake, but if you take the statement about the hair being used as rope at face value (which I would; I've often heard about rope being woven out of hair), then it's a decent enough substitution. The only issue is that, y'know, they can't make it magic, which Rapunzel's hair undeniably is.
And as for why I'm debating it - there are eight million or so serious arguments I could be having at any given moment. A silly one every now and then is refreshing.

Well it wouldn't be her hair that would make much difference because normal non magical hair can withstand the weight of mother gothel. It's rapunzel's human body limitations that's the issue. Her scalp, her head and her body strength. Though if she'd been lifting mother gothel for so long then she has to be super strong. I guess you could say well because of her magical hair whenever she sings for mother gothel it heals her scalp and her head and maybe even strengthens it ... But realistically I can't see how her head won't snap off the first time she tried it given how little physical activity she has up in the tower and how young she would have been.

If you watchthe scene where Gothel realizes Rapunzle is gone, she rushes back to the tower and breaks open a spot of bricks. In the next shot, Gothel opens up a trap door which implies there's a secret staircase. Also, Rapunzle has magical hair (and just magic DNA in general) soooooo

Although that is true... it isn't in Rapunzel's case. She had a TON of slack between the hair she was holding, and her neck. So there wouldn't have been any stress on her neck really.
