Is this filmed on I-75 southbound from Cincinnati? If so, I did film one of the toilets in 2016, which was an AS Instanto. I also filmed a Kohler Stratton in the northbound rest stop five days later.
I remember that rest area to/from the east coast down through Tennessee. Indestructible Acorn SS terlits. Seems they did replace the flush handle with what tgey have now. Kudos on cleanliness. When I travel my motto is: "Never pass up the opportunity to go pee!"
Huge restroom!! I’ve been to a large one with literally a 1 mile row of urinals and the middle were sinks and toilets. It literally had 4 or 5 entrances. I will film it next time I’m back.
World Dryers Model A my rest area used to had Bobrick them Extreme Air but epic fail and then they got replaced by Model As in gray and Green at Grapevine rest area in California😊
As you're entering Kentucky, this welcome center is near which state line? Because I know it's not the one in Jellico Mountain as you're coming in from Tennessee on I-75.
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorationsoh I forgot to ask, what does it mean to film the toilets individually? Lock the door in front of you? Because if you go to the next stall, then people are gonna see you!
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations me too! In another video I saw an acorn toilet along with an 80s American standard jetbrook and I hate that acorn toilet there was an acorn sink too.
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations that sucks one time I was at the train depot in Ogden I heard they had madock madstones and standard madbrooks turns out they where replaced with a kohler burndon and a trashdera

I'll have to check that out! Do you have a link to the video?
In the northbound rest stop, I filmed a 2010 - Present Kohler Stratton, and the video is #278.
@@MajesticBaldEagle96 Nice!
This is the same restroom as the Instanto you found. WHYYY!!! I hate Acorn toilets and they just had to replace them ALL with those stupid things.
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations yeah diggity dog those acorn toilets

They replaced much better stuff
Unfortunately the ones I’ve been too had nothing more than “Wall Decorations” and 2010s Afwalls, all off of I-80 heading uphill to Reno.
Ugh that's lame
That's a great tiled restroom! Too bad it's been ruined! The sinks are old Kohler Greenwich, and I'm guessing those Acorns replaced Siftons.
Yeah, it sucks that they replaced them for no reason.
Okay urinals, and great hand dryers, but I can't say the same for the clogcorns 😂
It's a shame that they replaced all the good stuff
Awesome toilets
I wish they hadn't replaced Strattons and Instantos though
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations true
Those World Dryers are great
Es cierto se parecen a los World dier originales.
How huge!
Your salvage yard vid was great! 👍
Ikr! It looks like they knocked down a wall between them.
Weird that there are so many urinals and not many stalls
Typical men's restroom
World dryers are great and cool fixtures
I like large restrooms like this but only if they are fairly empty
That’s a lot of hand dryers in that big restroom
It looks like it used to be two restrooms but they knocked down a wall
It looks like they all had the Sloan CX autoflush sensors
Those are pretty rare
I guarantee you the original toilets were 1987 Kohler Siftons, and the urinals were 1987 Kohler Stanwells.
They were Instantos and Strattons I believe. Someone actually filmed this rest area before they were replaced.
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations Oh really? Instantos?
The Bathrooms lol

Wow!
Where’s this at nice restroom
I don't remember the exact location but I think it's somewhere in Ohio.
World Dryers Model A my rest area used to had Bobrick them Extreme Air but epic fail and then they got replaced by Model As in gray and Green at Grapevine rest area in California😊
Oof
I Love The Urnials But Not The Toilets Because It’s Acorn!
I don't like Acorn toilets either.
En mi país nunca ví Acorn solo ví los urinarios sloan.Ya que yo vivo en Perú.

Yep I'm pretty sure it was on the Tennessee border.
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations off I.75 north? Because if so, then they had to have completely redone those.
Definitely one of the nicer rest stops I’ve seen
Yeah, some are just neglected and awful.
What cleaning products are used to clean metal toilets
I have no idea.
@ metal toilets are cool looking
Do any shopping stores have stainless steel toilets like these
I prefer the old toilets over those metal ones.
Same
Omg. I hope there weren’t that much people because if I were to film a bathroom with lots of people, then I would just not film or what should I do?
I usually wait until they leave or film the toilets individually
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations same here

@@TSNY18-AnimationsThere usually aren't people in the restroom so I can walk from stall to stall without people seeing me.
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations ok that’s good.
Interesting sensors
I agree
Name Of This Freeway?
I don't know.
Im not a huge fan of the metal toilets, but the sloan urinals are a hit or miss most of the times.
I wish the originals were still here.
These probably replaced 1987 Kohler Bardons and Siftons.
This restroom is wailed with a 1987. The way the tiles look there from the 60s
Whatever they replaced, I guarantee it was better.
where is this?
Kentucky Welcome Center
i found a bigger restroom inside a Mousqe it was very big and its like deep from the roof
Wow!
Crapcorn toilet seats
I hate these toilets

"Dayton" World Dryer Model A's
Absolutely WORTHLESS fixtures!
More aE01eR urinals
The toilets are the only good things in this restroom the urinals need a hammer
I wish they saved the originals
i HATE acorn toilets
Same
Weak Sloan aE01eR urinal
Eh, I seen worse. These prison simulator toilets are very junky. So are the moan and groan.

Bad fixtures
They replaced good stuff too.

Absolutely worthless “toilets”.
I hate metal toilets because they're so boring
HET “urinals”: ❌/10 ( ❌🔥🖕 )
Acorn toilets: 2/10 ( F+ )
This restroom is awful.
It is frustrating that these replaced vintage stuff
junk
