- Let me just say it is changing WEEKLY how I plan to monetize my barn for a few reasons:
1) I am a creative, disorganized person
2) The town is making me get a special use permit/can control some of what I am allowed to do at the property

Generally people asking you to pay when they are the ones who’ve hired you are scammers
