I attended UofT from 2016-2019 and took social sciences, but got suspended for many reasons...let's just say one of them was because I was vocal about not going woke and the administration didn't like that.
I’ll be entering HBA this fall and I can confirm this video is very accurate lol. Although I’d actually give slightly more credit to Western’s food offerings, it’s not to die for but it isn’t horrible. Some cafs (like Ivey!) are actually incredibly tasty and others have lots of variety. HBA is undoubtably a good program but Rotman Commerce is absolutely no slouch. We’re blessed to have so many prestigious business programs in our country.
Richard, you expressed regret not to have applied to an Ivey. Why didn't you considering your high average? Yes, the chances are from about 8 percent acceptance rate at Cornell to less than 5 percent chance at Harvard, Yale, MIT. It is much more than marks and takes a lot, a lot of dedication to write all of those essays, as I well know. My son was rejected Early Action Yale but is awaiting Cornell, Princeton, UPenn. In fact, IF accepted international students are funded. This may make it actually cheaper than going to U of T, for which he did to get an automatic entrance award. Princeton is especially generous. Five colleges in the US are a "needs blind" for international students in that they do not consider applicants' ability to pay (Yale, Harvard, Princeton, MIT, Amherst, and UPenn for Canadians and Mexicans)
You'll be glad to know that I got accepted into bsc computer science honours program for the fall of 2023. I also got an offer from Toronto metropolitan University, which is offering a co-op program of 5 years. I like western a lot, but I am a bit skeptical for two reasons: 1.Western doesn't provide a co-op program, so will I be able to secure internships ? 2. I feel London is a bit secluded and there aren't much job options available. So, is western comp science any better than ryreson(tmu)? Will I get enough opportunities to grow in the field at western ? Other than the location of ryreson(tmu) and the availability of co-op, I don't like anything about it. Could you please guide me in making the righ decision?
Hi, I’m a grade 12 student and I m planting to go u of t for university education this year, then I wonder the cost for an international student live in Toronto, I mean u’r the best vlogger about ut. hope u see it, have a great one
When you calculated your respective averages, one 97 and the other 96, were you averaging ALL grades from 9 to 12 or the so-called "top 6" for Ontario high school students? Did you win an entrance or merit award to the University of Toronto?
@@travellingyeti6333 Ivy leagues are tuition free if you’re not financially well and you also have paid internships so one can do just fine if they work hard :) but again, homesickness could be a bother .
uoft is literately a nerd school lol how will the city make a difference if you have to study 6 hours a day? Western/ queens are the schools with the best social life and their commerce program has a much better reputation and it is reflected from stats like the employment rates from the grads of the programs. Rotman is in no way better than western ivey
Raise your hand if you are going to either UofT or Western this year ✋!
✋ hey Richard! I’ll be accepting my Rotman Commerce offer. Your videos have helped me a lot with deciding on U of T
✋U of T for physics and astronomy!

also this video - the quality + editing + content +literally EVERYTHING is 👌👌
When talking about the best universities in Canada, after mentioning UofT and UBC, I'm surprised he mentioned McMaster and Waterloo before McGill.
There is only one world class uni in Canada and it is UofT - the other 10 or so are basically the same - despite what their attendees think
