Bearing the inflation in her mind & also having the the sufferings of the middle class & of the pensioners in her mind & heart, the Finance Minister can bring some changes in the I.T. slab rates to give some relief to these suffering people. I don t understand....which student from a rural area would come and stay in a hostel paying 20,000 per month for minimum 3 months?.....I don t get it...arestudents from rural areas so affordable to pay 20000 rent per person per month?....that s news to me..
