I successfully attempted this today. Instead of dips, I did the 20kg (45lb) db shoulder press. I took longer to rest between sets but completed the 20-1 declining pyramid burpees, kb swings, and shoulder press. Thanks for inspiring me!

Then I though about the Iron Wolf🫵🏽👊🏽 Said, Nah, busted out some more reps💪🏽 Thought about the challenges you are going thru with your injury and how it could be taking a toll at times. Kept pushing with you in mind, bro. Thank you for your service always👊🏽
You can do burpees onto dumbells or kettlebells and combine the push with pulling at the bottom. This mixed with alternating jump lunges gets you a great combination of patterns. Train your rear delts and stay healthy!

Any advice on how you’re healing your shoulder would be welcome - perhaps in your next Q&A. I did something while doing dips a year ago and most mornings it’s still painful. Fortunately, it doesn’t affect the burpees but pain from dips are a problem still.
Any advice about bicep tendonitis. I do your warmups and eat and rest properly. I probably should give that collagen supplement a whirl. Do you think arm sleeves or wraps would help with inner elbow pain during training.

I’m studying to become a doctor and I just see a couple worrying signs of a potential neural impairment. I’ve been watching you for years. You’re the reason I lost over 120 lbs in just over a year. I’ve just noticed you have gotten noticeably more twitchy over the years relatively progressively. If you haven’t, i suggest you maybe see someone who can at least take a look and see to make sure you’re okay. Best of luck wolf, rep city will be awaiting your return!

What happened to him ? Did he overdo it ? I think burpees are awesome by repetitive strain injuries are a thing, so no surprise really.

Got this one today. It gets tough when the swings are coming in fast at the lower rep burpee sets. But its done.

Don't worry bro I see it to. But he is a combat veteran and trains hand to hand combat since 2006. So the body is going to take some kind of damage.
