      In the case of Jill Dando the Serbian hitman theory was completely discredited with the named supposed hitman actually proven to be overseas at the time.
      In the case of Brittany Murphy it was proven her mother for a long period of time had been doctor shopping using fake names for medication. Medication that was then found in her system and in the home. With the frequency increasing before Brittany's death. She had also collapsed that night with her mother and Simon carrying her inside but not seeking any medical help for her.

    Shama told police that she and her boyfriend were there and that Scott Ruffalo shot himsel but once the coroner ruled it a homicide why were they not charged with murder ? You don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out that if Scott didn't shoot himself than one of them shot him, they were the only ones there.

    Her mother was obsessed with Simon, her father said in the documentary he believes her mother killed her over a man! If that’s true it’s likely why she may have killed Simon, the same way, shortly after. When she realised all her daughters jewellery was fake and he had pretty much spent all the money she thought they’d have after their meal ticket was gone. She even started using his name, sleeping in the same bed, to “comfort” each other when Brittany died, it’s all pretty twisted and suspicious.

      HER FATHER IS A LIAR she wasn't close to him for a reason he would lie just like other Estranged parents of celebrities have made up lies.. Brittany's Mom didn't cause Brittany or her Brittany husbands death.. The Black mold in their home caused Brittany's flu like symptoms which developed into Pneumonia and that was Brittany:d Cause of Death. I forgot what the Coroner's ruling on her husband's Cause of Death was but he wasn't murdered by her Mom either.. 🙄..

      @sassyess696 6 месяцев назад +38

      @@LondonEE16 well not that I owe you a theory but, seeing as you broke out your best goddy language I’ll indulge you! Brittany’s father demanded samples of her hair etc for testing which, her mother tried to stop and, her husband initially refused an autopsy, suspicious, seeing as she was so young. Her father was eventually given hair samples that, he had tested and there were high levels of heavy metals indicative of some poisons. It’s been explained away as hair dye but he didn’t believe that and sadly, he has also since past away so cannot pursue any further answers. Also Simon allegedly died of exactly the same thing as his wife which was explained as possibly mould spores but, Mum ( the oldest member of the household) survived it all, fit as a fiddle! Happy? (Short answer is, some sort of poison and, no more correspondence will be entered into!)

She only did one season of Phyllis before she was murdered. Her murder hasn't been solved to this day. She was walking to her car with actor James Kiernan when they were both shot and killed in the parking lot. Who was the target or were they both the target? Sounds like Scott and Brian met somewhere prior, maybe at a bar. Scott invited Brian back to his place to hook up and do drugs. Brian told his girlfriend afterwards how they could rob Scott as he was a rich and famous hairdress and no doubt had a lot of money or valuables lying around his apartment, the girlfriend agrees to the plan. Brian calls Scott to hook up again or maybe told him he scored some more drugs and Scott agrees not realizing it's a setup. Brian shoots Scott and stages it to look like a suicide because he didn't realize he and his girlfriend were caught on camera. When they're caught the girlfriend makes up a cock and bull story about russian roulette because she's not too bright to come up with anything better. The cops, unfortunately, accept her theory because they could care less about a on the down low gay/bisexual guy being murdered by the man he was hooking up with.

    What happened to each of them in the 5 unsolved cases? Tammy Lynn witnessed something that traumatized her and she was probably threatened with her life and chose to disappear; Sid and Nancy either Romeo and Juliet on Crack or murdered by that sleazeball; the Golden girl was murdered by a hitman; Ruffalo was I'm guessing a drug sale gone bad; and Brittany was murdered by her husband; who in turned was bumped off by her Mother via same method used by him. The real question is was her Mother involved in her daughter's murder or not.

      Well said. Tammy Lynn could have been getting threats but did not say anything to protect her mom. Disappearing on her own makes more sense especially since she acted so weird that morning before she left I think she knew she wasn’t going to see her family again. Also, the golden girl I think was a hitman as well because the UK doesn’t have too many murders with guns because of their gun control.

      It's very common for some people to not be as negatively affected by Black Mold as other's in the household is.. There was a case on Forensic Files where a couple has a mansion built it Black mold started growing in certain areas of the home.. The husband started having serious health problems eventually dibilitating him.. While their hoe was being inbestigsted their little boy started having symptoms too.. The wife and Mother spoke on the Forensic Files episode she wrote a book about the case to help other families.. The black momkf didn't affect her the way it did her husband and son.. The woman has since passed away but forget it Black mold contributed to her death.. Brittany's Mom didn't kill her the fact that she wasn't affected by the black mold isn't a reason to make her a suspected murderer of her own child and son in law..

    Jill Dando really was a huge star in the 90s. She'd gone from a humble regional news presenter, to nationwide news and then various prime TV programs. She was probably the biggest BBC star in the late 90s, and was virtually in everything big - all of the big TV programs at that time, to the point where it seemed like she was on TV every day. She was a beautiful woman, both visually and mentally. She had a very down to earth, 'girl next door' persona and nobody had a bad word to say about her. Her death was a huge news story back then. Such a strange case, and all evidence pointed towards the police 'fitting up' Barry George, who was, shall we say, somewhat men.tally challenged, hence an easy target. That was why he was acquitted. There had been serious doubts about his conviction almost from day 1, and the 'evidence' was almost non-existent. There were even suggestions the police stitched up Barry George intentionally, to divert attention away from the real culprit (they knew who it was) which was indeed some kind of underworld hit.

    Jill Dando was most probably killed by Serb hitmen. There was a group of Serb assassins linked to a number of very similar killings, and they have never claimed responsibility or been formally caught. The crimped gun ammunition was this group's hallmark and is something that was very common in the Balkans at that time, plus three men with a Balkan-like olive complexion were seen in the area before she was killed. The weapon used was also very specific and a silencer had been fitted - silencers are hard to come by in the UK even for criminals.
    The motive seems to be revenge, because it seems a similar Serb TV star was killed in an Allied air strike in Belgrade not long before Jill died. That may have just been coincidence and they had a different motive, but I don't think we'll ever know.
    It seems Barry George was fitted up, because he lived locally, had his history of "bothering" women and generally seemed like a likely candidate. However, the absolutely flimsy gunshot residue evidence that got him convicted at his first trial was ruled inadmissible at his second, hence the rest of the case faltered.
    ---
    In the case of Nancy Spungen, I do actually believe the dealer stabbing theory. If you wanted to murder someone by stabbing them, you probably wouldn't do it just once and then flee without checking they were dead. A single stab wound like that tends to be a warning, or a counter-attack if there's a struggle.
    It is quite possible that she disturbed the dealer robbing them, tried to fight him off, got stabbed once in a struggle and he then fled with what he'd already picked up. Sid was out for the count because of all the rubbish he'd consumed, then wakes up hours later and suddenly finds her in the bathtub. It's all totally plausible and the sort of benders he went on meant he wouldn't have been willing or capable to attack her. And if he did, once again I'd ask why stab her just once?
