One of the best people I have ever seen played live.
Most underrated and undiscovered guy I’ve ever seen. Flat...out a BADASS. He plays that like he’s bored.
I went to go see some shitty over talked about band in downtown Austin texas. As I was leaving the show shoulders slimmed I heard this amazing music coming from a free outside venue.
That's when I discovered Eric and he blew me the fuck away.
He ripped the fuicking strings off his guitar at the end of the show! Literally.
Seriously not just a amazing player but performer as well.
I saw Eric Tessmer open for Gary Clark, Jr. at Crossroads in KC last summer. I'd never heard of him before, but I thought he was even better than GCJ - I was totally blown away.
I was there. He was incredible. Loved that jam at the end of the night with GCJ.
I was born and raised in Austin and saw both of them in local gigs, saw a bunch of Eric Tessmer Band when it was a trio, Eric in a bar is amazing stuff and he’d walk on the actual bar and then walk throughout the bar ripping it,
he definitely is better than Gary though Gary is good Eric is on another level

is this a new band? I don't recognize the drummer and bass player.
Marc (drums) is relatively new but Gian (bass) has been in the band for quite awhile.

Not sure why everyone is so impressed with this. Junior league compared to SRV at the El Macambo, as well as Gary Moore's rendition.
First time seeing him and I love it but.....if he he'd quit fucking with his pedals and just play I'd wager he could be a lot better.
