Thanks for your video.. I've been learning reversals and this is the most helpful video I've found! I didn't agree with some of the interpretations, but to each their own! If the 8 of cups reversed it's about stagnation, if you decided not to do reversals, you could have drawn the four of cups. Reversals aren't necessary.

If you only read upright you miss 50% of the message as you ignore the messages that could come forth by reading the cards as they come upright or reversed.
@@MoonlightGuidance I personally agree with the OP, except I don't agree that it's 50%. You can however miss some, unless you are a really gifted psychic/intuitive. For example, Two of Swords reversed - a decision being made. 5 of Wands reversed - coming to a resolution/peace being made. The Chariot reversed - car troubles (I pulled this once the night before my trip and our car broke down but of course there are a million other things it could mean). These are just one meaning , it all depends on the question and surrounding cards. This is how I read but we all read differently :) I've also had the 7 of Swords reversed come up as the outcome (finding/retrieving someone or something) for my mum's friend when her son sadly went missing - he was found a week later.
