A man refused to show his ID since he was not being charged with or investigated for a crime. They kept insisting he do so, and he refused because he didn't have to. Another officer showed up and said that they knew him from previous situations, and the original cop said that since they've already got his information in the system, he'll just get it from the system. It was clarified that it is actually illegal use of the system to look up someone's information for those purposes of identifying them in situations where they are not required to identify themselves. As in there is no crime that is being committed.

The police are double parked. They are not there for an emergency ( Officer showed it was a 311 call not 911). There is no need for the police to rush into the encounter. They should have found a legal parking spot. As for the music, if it is on after a certain time (at night) I can see it being a problem, but in the day time. A man refused to show his ID since he was not being charged with or investigated for a crime. They kept insisting he do so, and he refused because he didn't have to. Another officer showed up and said that they knew him from previous situations, and the original cop said that since they've already got his information in the system, he'll just get it from the system. It was clarified that it is actually illegal use of the system to look up someone's information for those purposes of identifying them in situations where they are not required to identify themselves. As in there is no crime that is being committed.

The police and the military swore an oath to protect and uphold the constitution. Acting against that oath is called treason. Traitors should be shot down on the spot as soon as they commit their treason. So should unwelcome invaders on private property. If they're both traitorous SERVANTS and unwelcome invaders twice as many bullets should be used - just to make sure.

In a pandemic we need to take positive steps and take into consideration other people in society. If you got infected and passed it onto your mother or your child - someone you love & they died how would you feel.
People forget that beliefs (which are personal) and the pandemic are 2 seperate issues. We are all entitled to our beliefs of course but with the pandemic we need to consider others and try the best we can not to get the virus pass it to another which could result in their death and their family to remain in sorrow & mourning.

The two cops in the first video did not have a search warrant or an arrest warrant, and they clearly did not have any exigent circumstances that would allow them to kick down her door without a search warrant. They were there seeking her voluntary cooperation. The whole exchange could have been avoided by following these two maxims: Never talk to the police. Never open your door for the police.
