      This pratice definitely did that for me this morning! Started my day in a great and positive place which is something I've needed lately. Started off with True Day 1 then moved onto this! I got a little emotional during starfish pose because I'm not used to taking up that much space physically. My natural instinct wanted me to curl back up but I kept it going. I'm so glad that I decided to create space today and find my motive in my pratice. After almost two months of doing yoga I feel better, stronger, happier and closer to who I truly am each day; more than I ever have been. Thank you Adriene for helping us along our personal journeys to our true selves! Namaste 💓

    Aug 21 2024 | I'm on vacation rn and thought that I didn't have enough time for this practice today. I'm happy that I created some space for it. I feel so energized and motivated to have new experiences. I'm grateful for yoga, for Adrien, and grateful for you reading it ❤

    Awesome little energising yoga practice, thanks Adriene. Who needs coffee, when you've got yoga with Adriene in the morning? 😄 I loved how uplifting, and revitalising this practice was. Before doing this yoga practice, this morning I felt sluggish, and tired, my body just really didn't want to function. But now I feel great, and ready to rock my day.     ATTRACT🌟 - August 2024
    I attract positivity and light within my life by creating space for it in my body, mind, heart and soul through my practice.
    My oh my time flies when your deep in your yoga practice! Today was a much needed class to re-invite positive energy into my body and release all that no longer serves me by connecting to the bigger picture that serves me and that which is closer to home like my breath, body and mind. I was having a bit of a monkey mind moment with thoughts swirling and whirling throughout my brain, alongside some pesky negative, toxic ones as well, but I managed to sit and observe them as I flowed through this brilliant yoga camp session in order to come out the other side feeling refreshed and like I’ve acknowledged them and let them go on their merry way! I have learnt a lot today about myself and I will take all of the positives I have gained and that have occurred and discard all that doesn’t serve my being in the curation of internal and external peace and happiness. Thank you universe for gifting me with yet another beautiful day😘🌎✨🙏! I cannot wait to see what tomorrow brings but for now I shall enjoy the rest of this lovely evening I am so grateful to be experiencing. Namaste friends - I hope you all had fabulous days too🤗💖💓! Xx

    I always practice on my own in my bedroom and still feel a bit awkward saying the little things Adriene encourages. However, today I did whisper "I am worthy" and actually believed it. The practice was incredibly relieving and loving. Thank you, Adriene ♡

      I used to feel the same but I am quite comfortable now. My early morning audience is my dog and he doesn’t care much. In the afternoon it’s my the kids. They sometimes look at me in a funny way.

    ALIGN 🌞 Day 15!! Wow, already 1 and a half month of practicing yoga and not skipping a day. I am so proud of myself because this is the first year I‘m able to stick to it! And yesterday I noticed I‘m suddenly able to do push ups?? Like, that wasn‘t even a goal - yoga is so magical! ✨🤭 Thanks for the support Adriene!

      I've only skipped one day, and I hope to do a push up soon. Today was a hard day with lots of grief about our sweet dog who died today. I almost skipped my practice today, but I needed some healing time and a reminder to breathe in and out.

    17.07.23 ☀️ - I was in a really low headspace before this practice and I had to force myself to start this video whilst feeling quite low - I can confirm I feel so much lighter after and as if I can now move forward so my advice is no matter how you feel just get on the mat and do what you can and you will only feel better after even if it’s just slightly ❤

    Day 28, i dont know what happened in this video but, oh my word, i literally felt anger and tightness leave! Near then end when we 'flick/throw away to make space for new energy' it reallt did feel something was leaving
    Adriene, i cant stress enough how helpful these videos are and have been for me! I feel like i am being reborn and the inner me is resurfacing thanks to your guidance!

    LOVE LOVE LOVED this session. When doing star pose and Adriene told us to say "I am worthy" i actually yelled it. I felt the urge to tell the world and to take up space as she says. It feels so good to take up space. I can't describe it but it's just a confidence you begin to feel. To all of you who are finding their space and confidence, keep going. I went from 0 confidence 2.5 years ago to a lot of confidence, worthiness and love for myself now. It's not easy (and I'm still a work in progress) but trust that it can be done. And the thing that helped me most was these videos. Keep going my friends. We're all in this together. Namaste.

    This is one of my favorites, as someone who tends to curl up in a little ball over time, oftentimes because of self doubt. The cues for warrior one make the resulting feeling so satifying. I was just watching your recent interview with Russel Brand and I got distracted in the middle imagining seeing you on the street in person and I just started... crying??! And I realized that the tears were tears of love and graditude for everything you have done for me personally and so many other people. The first video I ever watched was yoga for self love and I came to it from such a heartbroken place. Heartbroken that I did not like or love myself. And I thought of all the times that you have led me to a calm mind, brought about smiles and laughter, really wonderful ooey gooey stretches that made me love life, and the tears just kept coming from my eyes. We are strangers yet I have so much love and graditude for you and what you and your team have created. You don't know me, and I don't really know you, but I love you. And I can't imagine how much different my life would be if you didn't exist.

    I admittedly skipped the guided mediation and went with the creating space today. I have said it before but want to say again I love all the small queues you give and mention. I have followed you for years, not always the same account (I have 3 gmails) so all 3 follow you! But in the last few days from doing 30 day center Jan and keeping it going with this Feb playlist, I can feel my body changing and responding. Biggest example is the forward fold. I have always felt that I am just an upside down U. It feels great but the past few days I feel like I now hinge and fold, creating more space and able to grasp behind my legs and look comfortable upside down. Hope that makes sense. Much love!

    I already do so much yoga but I now come here everyday because it is how I learn to be gentle with myself, a reminder that I don't have to have it all figured out, I come here for the small jokes, I come here for the possibility to hold space for all of me, for the opportunity to just be.     ALIGN 🌟 | February 15, 2023 | Oh we haven't done this one in a hot minute!! This is such a great practice as it really does create space, but the slow pace allows us to really get into each pose and then fine tune, and that leads to some really mindful strengthening too. Love it! 🙏

    Thank goodness for you, Adriene. You've been keeping me going since the beginning of the pandemic. My daughter recently said, "Mom, please me in doing daily yoga with Adriene for November!" I'm so glad I said yes. It helps me deal with living alone and decreasing daylight hours. Namaste.

    This practice helped me take the role of a passive observer , acknowledge that the limitations in my mind exist , and realise that there is a sense of discomfort in staying in my comfort zone too long, eventually mustering enough strength to push against these limitations slightly , but surely, and feeling tremendous relief at creating space , daring to dream. Expanding bit by bit - a little goes a long way! Thank you Adriene. Lots and lots of strength to everyone out there !

    Union - November 2023. I've been doing the monthly practices since May now and recently have been overwhelmed with graduate school responsibilities and the start of the holiday anxieties.. this is my first video since Oct 25 and it was SUCH and amazing and powerful one to get back into it! Enough to make me feel strong and powerful, but easy enough and slow enough that I didn't beat myself up/being hard on myself. Very nice and beautiful way to start the day!

    Adriene has been my favorite online yoga leader for years, but somehow I just found this particular video. It is JUST what I needed in this moment! I have been very contracted due to two dislocated ribs, arthritis, an autoimmune disease, and four kinds of cancer over the past year and a half. Creating space felt SOOOOO good! I feel much more open and relaxed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Adriene!

    Enlightening for me. I've been practicing with Adriene for a little over a year now, and I'll be honest, I usually dismiss her invitations to push the butt cheeks to the sides, figuring I'm sitting just fine. But I decided to do it this session, and guess what?! Light bulbs went off!💡💡💡 I really felt the difference and the meaning of rooting down. Just goes to show that you can always learn something. P.S. I always forget how amazing that shark fin posture feels. I have to do it more often.💙☮️

    Align day 15, February 2023. Strangely enough, I happen to be in London practicing this sequence. Although 4 years apart, it made me feel more connected to Adriene. Nice flow, slow and intentional. Just what I needed.

    Really enjoy this flow and loving the idea of creating space and to expand. Been struggling with work for months now, getting really toxic and depressing... so, reality check which is kinda pushing me to expand / create space out of own comfort zone.     Ash rains gently down from the sky in northern Seattle this morning as the smoke from the fires ravaging the west coast of the US becomes trapped between our mountain ranges. Taking a deep breath is a dangerous bet anymore, but so desperately do we need to carve out space for ourselves when the world around us is closing in. Thank you, Adriene, for helping me to create a little space for me this morning. While I don’t know what our futures hold, in this present moment, I feel grateful to take a deep breath on the mat.

    Now; 2 years later, I'm study social work and do voluntarily work in different organisations.

    32 weeks pregnant and so happy to do a yoga with Adriene video. I've been doing prenatal yoga on a different channel but Adriene is my favourite and it''s such a comfort to hear her familiar voice again. Please Adriene, make some more sequences that are safe for pregnancy!

    I Love your videos. I have mild scoliosis and have had a herniated disk in the past. After turning 50 I suffered from Achilles tendonitis and could hardly walk. I am tall and slim but have never felt very strong so I was feeling very old and weak especially when all my older friends seemed much fitter than me. After physio and many visits to doctors I was told to try yoga and pilates. I started with your beginners yoga and really struggled. I couldn’t do a lot of the poses but I kept going. When I was more confident I managed to complete 30 days of yoga. I then kept going with the calendars. I am now 52 and feel great. I still struggle with some of the poses but I do what I can and I am getting stronger. My Achilles have healed and I am proud of myself. I have also just begun learning Spanish to keep an active mind as well. Thank you so much for these videos they help so much. I have been telling everyone I know to follow you. You are awesome!

    Hi Adrienne, thank you so much for this practice! I don‘t know what happens, but at the end I started to cry. I was so thankful for being part of this yoga Community, thankful to „know you“, respectively that I have found your Yoga lessons! And thankful for your simple advice that if you don‘t have time to show up on your mat, just do a little break and BREATHE. Of course, it is no miracle and so simple, but sometimes I really forget it in the hustle of the day. Thank you so much for remembering me. 🙏🏻

    Switched out the first day of EXPAND for this session in hopes of creating space in my upper arms - just got my first shot of Covid vaccine yesterday and my left arm hurts like crazy. It’s been a long time since I was THIS present during a practisce, carefully easing into each pose and REALLY going easy on the arm lifts, though I was able to do some towards the end!! (I haven’t been able to lift up my left arm at all since yesterday). Thank you Adriene for this practice, I really feel it made a difference in my soreness!! To anyone else who’s hesitating on practicing after getting the vaccine - don’t be scared, just do it! Modify where you need to and enjoy the humility of it all:)) lots of love💖

    Oh Adriene, can't even express what this session meant to me. I wrote a very important exam at school today (yep, even though covid is still a thing) and I feel like I screwed it up. Not only that, when I came home and told my mum about it I could just tell that she was disappointed. It's always been one of my biggest fears to not live up to my parents' expectations. But as I was saying the words ”I am worthy” with you, I felt very relieved and even teared up a bit (which is quite rare for me!!). This is only my first month of doing yoga daily and I'm super happy that I can already see soooo much progress, not only physically but also mentally. Let's see if I'll be able to shed an actual tear by the end of May :D

    At the very beginning, before we even really started, I recognized a lack of space in my soul and in my heart, instead being filled by uneasiness and fear. So I stopped the video and read out a meditation affirmation on love, drinking in the words, leaking a few tears, and then having the space to create more space in today's practice. It was wonderful and incredible, even though my laptop died right as you counted down for the plank and I had to run inside to grab my phone haha! Still wonderful. Thank you so much 💖

    Didn’t think I could make it thru a whole practice today as I recover from COVID. Then suddenly you said we were on our final pose and I heard inside me, “I made it!” I made space for healing today. Thanks Adriene! From one yoga teacher to another ❤
