    It took me 3 hours to get out of bed. Stress melt sounded like what I need. 10mins in, I didn't think I could stick around until the end. I did it! I feel a tiny bit better even though I'm crying.

    Today was especially difficult for me, I was plunged in sadness over the recent events in my home country, Lebanon.
    Yesterday the main port in Beirut blew up entirely. More than a 100 people died, more than 3000 are wounded, Many are still lying under the rubbles waiting to be found and 300 000 have had to leave their homes after they'd suffered severe damages.
    My heart is crying.
    I did yoga with you in this video in an attempt to relieve my stress.
    Then you said "a Phoenix rising up from the ashes".The Phoenix is the symbol of Beirut! Legend has it, t's a city that was rebuilt from the ashes seven times.

    following the December 2021 calendar and i decided to do this practice at 8pm instead of working out because i felt very iffy and restless. about 2 minutes in, i felt the overwhelming urge to just close the video because i should be studying right now. but she said, "don't close the video because you don't have time." she truly knows. and at another time when she said, 'it happens sometimes'. i didn't feel like i 100% landed in the practice today but that's what it is, it's a practice. sometimes i do good, sometimes i don't. so i just have to keep doing to see it all i guess.

    Sometimes I begin these videos so unintentionally judgemental... "how long will we just sit here" "this position hurts why would it help calm me" and every time by the end I feel so refreshed and new, teaches patience and faith. I've never been disappointed in one of Adriene's videos (by the end of it :') )

    I had a rough day at work yesterday. I found myself crying throughout the practice. It felt weird, but necessary. “I choose”…. to cut toxic people out of my life. ❤ Thank you Adriene. Your words really resonated with me. You do an AMAZING thing. ❤

    In this crazy, awful time of the corona virus I’ve been searching for Yoga with Adriene videos to relieve stress/anxiety/worry at the end of the day. Thank you so much for these videos to help us release . When I started this practice tonight I was so tense it almost hurt to breathe. I loved this practice and now feel ready for sleep. I choose to be strong. Namaste 🙏

      Every morning waking up it's been really hard for me as I'm sure many of us on here have joined yoga with adrienne for similar reasons ..my breathing has recently felt really heavy and hard to complete a full cycle of breathe bc of all the corrupt politics and news that I feel obligated as a citizen to stay up to date with but I cannot thank you adrienne for you're service!

    I've picked this out of sequence in LOVE June 2023. And as so often happens it was just the right thing - thank you Adrienne. I closed my practice today thinking ... what would i do without you Adrienne, finding you has changed my life.
    "If you feel scattered..." at the start really resonated with me ... as did "befriend your breath". Powerful positive ending for me moving from negativity and "I can't" to the feeling of "I can" . Thank you Adrienne - I am so grateful for your generosity of knowledge, spirit and kindness.

    Even just your first sentence brought me back to tears...I had a mental breakdown today and am still griefing for my favorite cat in the world. I miss her dearly and I can feel her presence which for some reason makes it even more painful, but also beautiful because I know she's sitting right next to me.

    March 9, 2021 I said I don't think I have time for this then you said, "maybe you're thinking 'I don't have time for this'" SO happy I took time for this. I woke up feeling a little stressed because I was awake for 2 hours during the night then fell back to sleep for an hour. then you mentioned the Phoenix and I thought of a song a friend wrote, "Like the Phoenix in the Fire, From the ashes I shall rise. Slowly come to life again..." ~namaste xoxo

    Today I decided to swap today's practice with tomorrow's, because for the first time since I started yoga I felt really unwell, stressed and nervous and I had really need to feel more peaceful and relax after the 2 previous sessions who where a little hard for myself ! And I think I really needed it since I broke down and cry for the first time during the session! I feel a little better now! Thank you so much Adriene ! Namaste.

    Thank you Adriene and all you guys taking this journey with me🙏 I missed yesterday, doing a very important job sharing my culinary skills with my 13 year Grandson, cookery class cooking Biryani, 💕Great quality time with my Daughter and Family and watched a Family movie🌼Her Daughter go this cute little tiny tortoise 'Baby Slow Bow.     I'm embarrassed to say I haven't done a yoga practice in probably over a year, but this one felt soooo wonderful as I went through the motions. I could feel every sweet stretch of my muscles and my joints pop happily after months and months of sedentary work.       I do too! Adriene definitely knows what she means when she says the words you use make a difference. She will say "if you don't know what to fill in, just choose 'love', and I think it has started to become ingrained! That's a good thing. Namaste my brother/sister/sibling.

    I felt so wrecked emotionally today I cried through most of the practice. But it's so awesome I sticked to it anyway. I feel so much better now, it made me feel so proud after I finally got my foundation right and stopped wobbling. As always - thank you.

    This practice is one of those slow mindful ones. The last part needed my focus and concentration to balance then that lovely stretch with knee raised. Like the last few days of Move, I breathed with you Adriene,as you breathed, real slow, real calming. Excellent ! see you tomorrow for an interesting half hour, I can do it 🙏🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️💕

    Love love love this. It was a total reset for me. Yesterday I planned to do 10 days of doing more for myself and to reduce my cortisol. This was step 1. I choose commitment to my 10-day challenge. Hoping to build some self-trust and confidence. And de-stress!! ❤

    That was exactly what I needed this morning! I felt really connected to my centre and core and it was a blessing as I am due in a couple of hours to have a check up mammogram as I am in remission from breast cancer and I wasn't aware I was feeling anxious and nervous about it. This practice has helped me to put everything back into perspective. A Big Gratitude from me and Namaste 🙏🙏🙏

    Love love loved it! I am proud of myself for choosing this practice to melt and allow the difficult feelings, instead of choosing a fast paced practice and avoiding and pushing further than is good for me.     Blessed Beloved Beauties! Love Day -11 was completed on Day - 12 as a make-up session. I was compelled to return to this session based on the tile. Melting the stress away is always a wonderful idea. I feel refreshed. Now, I'm ready to realign my chakras with my husband, followed by an evening run and weight training.     I am facing depression after covid. And trying my best to be but something was stopping me. I was not in mood to workout, go out and not getting peaceful refreshed sleep. I remember myself doing Adrienne videos since 2015. But sometimes life throws challenges. I did again her video and like always she is the best yoga instructor with her peaceful words and she everytime lifts my soul up 🙏🏻

    my favorite part of the day (stressful or not), is always when i take the time for myself, role out my mat and hear adriene's intro music start to play. it always makes me smile and that moment comes full circle at the end of the practice with a feeling of love and completion that i know, i made for myself.

    "I choose to accept my own pace." I'm in a period of recovery at the moment and feeling a lot of pressure to get back to a 'normal' life really quickly, but when you offered the intention prompt, this immediately came to my mind. Taking things slow and careful isn't a bad thing. Thanks Adriene ❤️

    It's been a while, that I hadn't been doing any yoga, because "I didn't have time". This weekend, I had an outbreak of mouth- herpes by all the stress of the last months. I decided to try a couple of sessions with Adrienne, as I couldn't do much else, being sick at home. It felt like such a blessing, and was exactly, what I needed for a long time. Thanks, Adrienne, for this awesome channel. I will practice with you more regularly again, to prevent being so stressed out in the future.

    Beginning a yoga practice! This is my second day - ah I love beginnings. I've been following videos on and off, as I feel the need. But lately I've been frustrated with my body, and I want to show it more kindness day to day. Making yoga a daily ritual has been a dream of mine, and something in me is saying yes right now - I'm doing my best to listen. Jumping in for Ease - October 2023. What a video, what a release. Excited for the days ahead
